  1. Report that will show how many nights have been booked on each day in future within selected period of time

    A pickup report could identify any times that require additional attention, including data about occupancy for each day in the selected interval.

  2. Exclude (or separate) non-revenue form the manager reports totals. City tax (or any others) an payments are now included in the revenue totals while it isn’t revenue.

    Chain reports are available through Mews Analytics, an add-on available for purchase through the marketplace.  

  4. In the Accounting Report, why it’s not possible to pre-filter by items? Sometimes we just need to check the details of certain items and if we download them all it takes ages. Also if we take a long period Excel doesn’t support the size and crashes.

  5. Hotel and Hostel chains wish to see the complete history of items the guest has purchased across the chain. Implement a dashboard where you can see the total revenue one customer has generated so we can reward our most high valued guests.

  6. In Manager Analytics, it considers only definite bookings (Confirmed, Started, Processed). This idea is about also including Optional bookings and allow by a filter to include them into the calculations.

  7. To have a View Center from where it’s possible to download the reports from all entities at once. Right now there’s a Dashboard, but not very useful for Finance Department.

  9. There is no picked vs. unpicked status within confirmed group reservations.
    This is a pain when creating your forecasts, and predicting your unexpected wash of a group block.
    Hard to communicate to management.

We have to make statistics in most countries and it would help a LOT if the other guest on a reservation who does not have a profile, is automatically the same nationality as the "owner" of the reservation. We have a lot of missing nationalities and we can not correct them without adding every single person with a new profile, in every single reservation and that is too much work.

  12. This idea is about extending guest segmentation in Manager Analytics.

    The North American market needs to be able to report not only by country but also by state/province/city.

    This will allow for greater insight into which markets produce and allow for more targeted marketing to a specific region.

    This takes into consideration the regional differences such as holidays.

  13. When looking at the monthly overview in the Manager Analytics,it would be great to know what’s happened in the past days (month to date). So we know what occupancy and Average Daily Rate we had already, to see if our Forecasts are still on track. This also helps us to determine whether our goals/targets are still within reach or we need to adapt.

  14. The "bookings" section of the Manager analytics is already great. We should however break down the time units and add in months, e.g "Company A" has produced 50 room nights in August 2020 compared to 40 roomnights in July 2020. Custom periods are amazing but breaking it down into months will help the user experience (less clicks) - especially the Sales department.

  17. Manager Analytics currently shows YoY comparison only on a monthly basis (this year's revenue vs last year's revenue).

    Properties need a more granular report where YoY comparison will consist of individual dates.

    Hoteliers want to see what the ADR, occupancy and revenue was last year vs this year (Jan 1st 2023 vs Jan 1st 2022, Jan 2nd 2023 vs Jan 2nd 2022). Include also the day of the week next to the date so that it's clear whether the date was a weekend or a weekday.

    Having a report with this comparison would help hoteliers improve their revenue strategy.

  19. In Mews the statistics are calculated using room / beds occupied and not by customer count.

    We'd like to be able to calculate all statistics in Mews reports & Analytics by customer. This could be achieved by adding a setting to use customer count.

    Average rate instead of calculated occupied rooms/revenue use customers/revenue
    Occupancy instead of calculating by occupied rooms/available rooms use customers occupying rooms/available rooms

  20. It would be great to have overview of „negative“ pick-Ups, so cancellations in the Pick Up Analytics tool. Even on the Dashboard, so you have a perfect overview of positive (bookings) and negative (cancellation) pick ups. As a reference: Pace is doing it in their pick up report
