  1. The costumer stat. report does not take all arriving or inhouse profiles, but all profiles regardless of status. This means that it includes a lot of profiles that are "unknown" "N.N", or "pax two" which is a lot of work to clean up. It would be better for the report to only count guests who were actually staying at the hotel.

  2. When booking a reservation for a guest who will have several room moves during their stay, I would like the ability to link these reservations so it does not appear as if the guest is leaving and arriving when they are only changing rooms.

    • If two reservations within a guests dashboard are linked and the consecutive reservation is within a 24 hour period then
    • Don't count guest as departing
    • Don't count guest as arriving
    • Count guest as stay over

  6. Add some more options on the cancellations report to be able to forecast the expected number of cancellations for a period of time, an event, or similar. Ideas...

    1) report based on consumption date instead of cancellation date : the intention is to analyze how far in advanced from arrival date are we getting cancellations so we can forecast the number of rooms we can overbook.

  7. It is not possible to schedule reports into a PDF in de scheduled exports.
    When you can have it in PDF it's easier to review the reports for us.

  10. In the process of making a new reservation, to see the available rooms by type and by date, there should be able to choose the period (from - till) date and to see with numbers are available:

  11. Now the ageing periods are based on age relative to expiry date. But in fact you ageing period should be relative to invoice date, especially if you would consider adding an ageing factor. In the best scenario this could be an extra filter for that page: Ageing based on expiry date or on invoice date.

  12. The Reservation report does not trigger the amount per night for canceled reservations it just shows the total amount.
    When exporting to Excel the report provides the amount per night under the "night" tab, however, it does not show this information when the reservations are canceled.

  13. From the Product Report, it would be great to be able to see which reservations have the listed products included
    Adding a filter that would show the detailed mode could allow to create a detailed report with the reservation numbers and guest information. It would be fantastic if the report can be ordered by space number

  19. Ability to set customized reports as favorites in Manager Analytics. I find the Mews reports very difficult to use, and on my system, it takes very long to change report settings. It would be helpful if we could set reports as standard with the data data we need. Furthermore, have easier to use options to search for specific dates so we can quickly draw data for a particular period. Thank you.

  20. These filter does not provide enough detail to inform you where your guest's are arriving from.
    It would be very helpful to have the Reservation Report include the City and Country details for the guest. Where the guests are from can often be a conversation starter for the front desk staff, especially if they have travel experience/knowledge.
    Also, at this time of COVID, it is also helpful to know if the guest is from a locked down or red zone area.
    Suggestion: Have the City and Country fields from the Customer Profile display on the Reservation Report.

    We are so pleased to let you know that your feature request partially exists. If you export Reservation report, you will be able to see country. Also, Customer statistics report can be grouped by nationality in Mews directly.
