  1. Financial analytics - open invoices. I see that you have the ageing periods in there. The only thing that is really still missing here is 1 amount: the ageing factor. Is there any chance that you would develop this. For those who are not familiar with this terminology; the ageing factor= SUM(outstanding amount*nr of days outstanding per invoice) divided by total amount outstanding.
    This factor (1 number) gives an immediate glance of your accounts receivable status. Back in the days hotels were always aiming to be around the number of 34.

  3. customer classifications in profile.

    For customers, we could also have a more specific option in the Internal tab, classification, than "problematic":
    Example that we miss: smoked in the room, damage, animals, triggered alarm (fire), very dirty room.

  6. We'd like to be able to have Products 'Selected by Default' on specific rate plans / channels.

    We have a Sustainability Product that we would like 'Selected by default' on our direct rate plans/channels.. In Mews & in the booking engine.

    The current 'Selected by default' feature adds the product to ALL reservations, this doesn't work as we can not add to agent reservations.

  7. It would be better if the manager report could be displayed with overall or detailed information. Not only the product group, but also the individual products. For example, not only Logis, but also the parking space and room upgrades.

  10. One daily report pick up that shows occupancy, adr and revenue by segment, with dates ranges at past and future. for example, the create date, from the 1st of january to 31st of december

  12. In Manager Analytics when selecting a specific Space Category type, the occupancy percentage will be shown based on the total number of rooms within this category only.

    Is it possible to implement a way to see the occupancy of the selected category based on the total number of rooms in the property?

    This is useful for hotels to calculate the RevPar afterward.

  13. These filter does not provide enough detail to inform you where your guest's are arriving from.
    It would be very helpful to have the Reservation Report include the City and Country details for the guest. Where the guests are from can often be a conversation starter for the front desk staff, especially if they have travel experience/knowledge.
    Also, at this time of COVID, it is also helpful to know if the guest is from a locked down or red zone area.
    Suggestion: Have the City and Country fields from the Customer Profile display on the Reservation Report.

    We are so pleased to let you know that your feature request partially exists. If you export Reservation report, you will be able to see country. Also, Customer statistics report can be grouped by nationality in Mews directly.

    As per the city, this request has not received the necessary upvotes to be added to the Mews development roadmap and is unlikely to be delivered.

  15. At the moment you can only report by reservation created date. I want to look at guests in house within a month. eg - the overlapping filter on normal reports. Because when it is created date, those guests could be any date in the future

  16. On the booking window graph - is it possible to get this data by % rather than revenue amounts? eg - I want to see what % of all my bookings fall with the 1-6 day window, its hard to get an accurate picture with the revenue

  19. When booking a reservation for a guest who will have several room moves during their stay, I would like the ability to link these reservations so it does not appear as if the guest is leaving and arriving when they are only changing rooms.

    • If two reservations within a guests dashboard are linked and the consecutive reservation is within a 24 hour period then
    • Don't count guest as departing
    • Don't count guest as arriving
    • Count guest as stay over

    This is important for departments like the front desk, but also effect the guest in terms of confirmation emails. Otherwise the…
