  1. If you are in Management analytics and you want to go to Pickup Analytics, you need to go via the burger menu again and select Pickup + ReEnter the Filter on all pages. It would be nice to have shortcuts on the screen to switch to all analytics keeping the'Filter on all pages'

  2. Financial analytics - open invoices. I see that you have the ageing periods in there. The only thing that is really still missing here is 1 amount: the ageing factor. Is there any chance that you would develop this. For those who are not familiar with this terminology; the ageing factor= SUM(outstanding amount*nr of days outstanding per invoice) divided by total amount outstanding.
    This factor (1 number) gives an immediate glance of your accounts receivable status. Back in the days hotels were always aiming to be around the number of 34.

  4. Please add following interval for scheduled reports:
    "NEXT 5 DAYS"

    schedule starts 8/9 07h00 -> report for 9/9, 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9
    next schedule 9/9 07h00 -> report for 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9, 14/9
    etc...

    Maybe also 'next 10 days' as an extra option.

  6. In the comany profile there should be a way to "archive" or mark related contacts as "past" or "previous" contact persons. So that when one is viewing the related contacts of a company (customer profiles linked to a company profile) only the current hones are displayed, while the past contacts are still visible but cleary marked as "past contacts".

  7. We would like to track enquiry source far better than the system is able to now. We currently only have origin of booking however this currently tracks 'how' the guest booked - not 'how they heard about us'.

    As with many companies a significant amount of marketing spend it allocated to social media - there for to track conversion more closely is key.

    If a new tab for Enquiry Source/Marketing is not an option are we able to add 'Social Media' to the 'Origin' criteria?

  8. customer classifications in profile.

    For customers, we could also have a more specific option in the Internal tab, classification, than "problematic":
    Example that we miss: smoked in the room, damage, animals, triggered alarm (fire), very dirty room.

  9. We'd like to be able to have Products 'Selected by Default' on specific rate plans / channels.

    We have a Sustainability Product that we would like 'Selected by default' on our direct rate plans/channels.. In Mews & in the booking engine.

    The current 'Selected by default' feature adds the product to ALL reservations, this doesn't work as we can not add to agent reservations.

  10. It would be better if the manager report could be displayed with overall or detailed information. Not only the product group, but also the individual products. For example, not only Logis, but also the parking space and room upgrades.

  13. One daily report pick up that shows occupancy, adr and revenue by segment, with dates ranges at past and future. for example, the create date, from the 1st of january to 31st of december

  14. In the reservations report, I would like to be able to group by Date (not arrival or departure date)
    I would also like to be able to group by multiple factors.
    E.g. Group by both date and by rate code

  16. In Manager Analytics when selecting a specific Space Category type, the occupancy percentage will be shown based on the total number of rooms within this category only.

    Is it possible to implement a way to see the occupancy of the selected category based on the total number of rooms in the property?

    This is useful for hotels to calculate the RevPar afterward.

  18. At the moment you can only report by reservation created date. I want to look at guests in house within a month. eg - the overlapping filter on normal reports. Because when it is created date, those guests could be any date in the future

  19. On the booking window graph - is it possible to get this data by % rather than revenue amounts? eg - I want to see what % of all my bookings fall with the 1-6 day window, its hard to get an accurate picture with the revenue
