Navigator 2.0 Messaging
The messaging feature helps connect guests directly to the staff currently available at your property. Additional features to this messaging system could help improve communications by integrating platforms and making it easier than ever for your guests to access and use.

To be able to look back at messages from the guest would help a immensely, especially when guests says that they have had a chat conversation, but you have no information on it.
