Mark company contacts as no longer active
In the comany profile there should be a way to "archive" or mark related contacts as "past" or "previous" contact persons. So that when one is viewing the related contacts of a company (customer profiles linked to a company profile) only the current hones are displayed, while the past contacts are still visible but cleary marked as "past contacts".

Blacklist company
Ability to blacklist a company under the options on the company profile, you now can only choose invoiceable box.

New conversation with a guest
Start a new conversation with a guest. Now we can only receive messages from guests and reply when they started the conversation but not the other way around.

Digital signature
Add digital signature to the registration card of the guest if the guest did this beforehand. Now when printing the filled in details are there, but not the signature.

To use the Mews system for messaging TO clients so that reservations and communications with clients are all on the same system.
I am looking to use the Mews system to write messages to guests using the email addresses of guests that are logged in to the Mews system. Although I have Admin Rights I can't set up messaging to individual guests. Wanted to do this to communicate around cancellation arrangements for example which is something of a major current task.
