    Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to inform you that we have recently released a reservation rooming list that will allow you to update all the companions, and companion details in reservation group including identity document information.

  5. The new billing feature is awful. it is not easy to read or negotiate at all.

    I can see that a lot of people feel the same and Mews resistance to change this back. Please listen to your users. I do not see how this new features improves anything at all.

    If a guest has a lot of bookings coming up it is even worse.

    Hello Maria,

    Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

    Since you shared your comments with us 2 months ago we have been working continuously to improve the new billing screen in order to ensure that it not only meets the standards of the old billing screen, but opens up the opportunity to begin surpassing the functionality feature set of the old billing screen.

    We have split the billing screen into 2 views. A group view accessible by selecting the “Billing” tab on the top right had side of the reservation screen and an individual view accessible by selecting the billing icon next to a guests name, or by selecting “all guest bills” from the group billing screen.

    The group billing screen gives you an overview of all reservations and companions within a group for the current stay period. Whereas the individual billing screen will show you all bill items…

  6. A guest stays in the hotel for a longer period of time. Now he has to move to another room. It would be nice if there is a possibility to move this room. For example with drag and drop. As an alternative, the booking should be marked with a symbol so that you can recognize the guest is staying longer in the house!

    Hi Emmeran,

    It is currently possible to split a reservation during a guests stay.

    You can perform this action by opening a reservation → selecting the “properties” tab. In the section “Split reservation”, select the date and time that the guest will begin their stay in the new room.

    Once you’ve select “Ok”, you will be able to view two reservations for the guest. The current reservation will be labelled “Checked in”, and the reservation for a future date will be labelled “Future”.

    From here you can move the either reservation to a desired space.

  7. There's a current "spent night report" which you can filer by segments, but it only gives you the occupation. It would be nice to know how much each segment produced, and to be able to filter that with/without commissions and with/without taxes.

    Hello Mewsers,

    Thank you for the feedback and suggestions, we are very happy to inform you that the space status report allows you to filter by alternate reservation states.

    You can choose whether you would like to view reservations that have been confirmed (definite reservations) , reservations that are currently optional or both! Simply select the “status” filter in the reservations report and apply the changes that you would like to view.

  9. in the new reservation module only an average price is displayed. a total price would be easier. possibly leaving the choice to the user as to what may be displayed.

    Hello Mewsers,

    Thank you for your suggestions.

    We are very happy to inform you that you are currently able to select the specific space categories that you would like to be included in your police report.

    You can update your preferred categories by selecting your police report in the Mews Marketplace, from here you can remove any of Space categories that you would not like to be included.

  12. "For many properties, reservations will come in from various travel agencies, which often come along with unique travel agency numbers. To help clarify this these various details, a field for travel agency number could be added to the reservation module to keep all those important details in one easy-to-find place."

Mews has always strived to connect with as many integrations as possible, however as we are continually finding great new software to work with, we'd like to introduce the possibly of installing integrations directly from Mews Commander. This means that adding new integrations would be easier than ever, bypassing requests to integration partners and enabling automatic token sharing.
