We are a contactless hotel by design. It would be great to have an intuitive UX for sending guest IDs to help prevent fraud and protect the property from damages and liability w/o having to track down the guest or use a kiosk.
This would be a good feature to limit which rates are available for same day bookings (e.g. non-refundable pre-paid rates w/discount should not be available same day, as all rates are charged upon stay anyway), in addition to the other ideas - as we aren't staffed 24/7 (contactless hotel).
