Dear Mews Customers,
I have a fresh update from our development.
Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)
If you wish to start using some of the new bookable services, please, reach out to your Customer success representative or follow this step-by-step guide https://help.mews.com/s/article/create-new-bookable-services.

Great idea. It would eliminate many tasks I am sure, but also ensure higher customer satisfaction since we better can match the requirements with what is available.

We are happy to inform you that we currently support the functionality that allows you to view who updated and task and when.
In order to view the last user to update a task, select the task and view the “Updated” section at the bottom.

Since rate groups are often created/bundled due to cancellation/payment policies and not the monetary value of the rates; I find that using the rate groups for restrictions is not very suitable.
Example; OTA non refundable rates are in 5 different rategroups due to payment policy difference. I want to close all my non refundable rates, but will then have to make 5 different rategroups closures.
IF you were able to select multiple rategroups in 1 restrictions...then yes restrictions by rategroups would be a great tool.
