    I prefer the button for preparation of group arrivals. More then that it would be nice to do this without enter every single reservation

    Definitely important for all hotels that charge tourist tax and predominantly welcome families and couples.
    I understand the approach of collecting data per person, but we are not able to use the online CI for the same reasons. It's a shame, because there's a lot of time savings here that we cannot use.
    We also lose connections between family members. Neither very helpful for guest relations but that's another thread.
