absolutly necessary for the Front Desk to have a pop window for important massages during check in and check out.Also important for the reservation department to get an Information if a guest is on a black or cashlist.

Guests expect to be addressed by title, otherwise it looks like you are ignoring it, especially because it can be stored in our current system and you can see it directly when the guest checks in.

It ist really important for us to split charges on guest accounts.
Often guests are sharing rooms and both of them need there own invoice for the company.It is also important if one part is covered by the company.
very important for us to avoid confusion and mistakes
