An error occurred while saving the comment Adam Fligg commentedI have received lots of feedback across our hotel group, that reception are needing to go and zip/unzip and remake beds on guest arrival due to not knowing how the room should be setup before the guest arrives.

Original booking = Night1 £80 + Night2 £78 + Night3 £150 + 6xBfast Inclusive £52.50
Cancellation policy is to charge 1st night (& 1st night inclusive product) = £80 (+ £17.50) = £97.50.
Mews billing cancellation charges applied = £132.50 (1st night + 6x Bfast).
Overcharge = £35.
Not charging for the nightly stay but charging for the products included is not correct!
