Hi team,
Our guest portal is not intendent to charge guests, for now, but only to collect information in case of any damages or incidentals. It is currently impossible to collect IBAN from iDEAL payment method, and charge it at a later stage. That is the reason I will put this idea to stage unlikely, however it will be still publicly accessible and available for any upvotes in future.

We’re delighted to share the news that now you can configure Mews to let guests pay with iDEAL!
To learn more and get started with iDEAL check out this guide – https://help.mews.com/en/articles/5179046-enable-ideal-as-an-alternative-payment-method.
Once the above is done, your guests will see iDEAL as a payment method in the booking engine, payment requests & online check-out. You can take advantage of convenient, automated payment processing with a real-time overview and central reconciliation.

I am happy to announce that the payment request feature was released just now.
Payment request is friendly and convenient way how to collect payments from your guests or bookers. To me it is really strange that this isn't an option yet. You can send an confirmation to an e-mailadress of your choice, so why not the invoice. Hope this feature will be here soon!
