loyalty program available in MEWS BI
I need a report in Mews BI that collects all the necessary data for “Stay records” for GHA Loyalty Program. I can’t find data related to the loyalty program in Mews BI. I need data from the Loyalty section for Guest Profile Loyalty data (program, membership number, points, tier) that lives on the guest profile / loyalty membership objects, but it is not exposed in the standard Mews BI model or dashboards, including Stay records.
So you cannot add directly from Mews BI into your Stay records report the loyalty program.
Please, add:
- Membership number
- Points

Forecast data from Atomize
Forecast data from Atomize is readily available within Mews, so it should be relatively straightforward to present this in a more visual format in Mews BI.
This would enable users to incorporate these visuals directly into their reports, adding greater clarity and usability.
In my view, forward-looking data is at least as important as historical data, if not more so, when it comes to supporting informed decision-making.
2 votesThis feature is available for customers that have both Mews BI Pro and Mews RMS.
There is planned future work to make the system generated forecast available within Mews BI Pro with or without Mews RMS.

Improve navigation in Guest Ledger
We propose enhancing the Guest Ledger report to retain selected filters and view settings when users navigate within the system.
Specifically, users should be able to:
Generate a Guest Ledger report using selected filters
Navigate to a guest’s or company’s billing
Close an invoice and then:
Click “back” and return to the Guest Ledger with the same filters and view preserved
Currently, the report resets, requiring users to reopen it and re-enter all filters. This improvement will save time, reduce frustration, and create a more efficient workflow — especially for staff handling high volumes of invoices daily.
