Add programm to quote
It would be great if we can add a programm to the quote. For example a meeting event.
08:30u Arrival at ...
10:00u Coffee/Tea and something sweet
12:00u Lunch at....
13:00u Your meeting continues...
etc.
That way guest will know the structure of their event. And this data can be used in the function sheets

This can be done using the customer section of the comments box. The customer sees whatever you choose to type in there. You can use the bullet point formatting to manually create a schedule for the client. A schedule already exists within the function sheet editing as well. However I do agree that it would be nice to create a schedule within the quote that applies the same information to the function sheet schedule.

This is absolutely essential and should be implemented asap. The quote process is just not practical without this.

This is absolutely essential and it needs to be added to the function sheet/schedule too. We are basically doing it twice at the moment and having to email the client seperately to get the information.
