  2. enable a "grace period" for key cutter integrations to account for late checkouts, etc. When a guest adds a late check-out to their reservation, or when we enter it as a product, it should change the time to whatever the late check-out in that property is

  6. In order to show system user activity across Mews we need the ability to list users via the public API.
    For example see id, name, username for the user who checked in a guest or added a particular note.
    Many entities today have for instance "Created by" or "Updated by" fields, but I have not found a way to retrieve the actual user or all users.

    This functionality would help us show which employees have interacted with customers and assist in followups and other customer related processes.

  8. We use the Sabre SynXis CRS for channel management. For example, when we are oversold by 3 on a room type, Mews sends a 0 count to the CRS rather than -3. This creates situations where we are at risk of overselling or continuing to be oversold as we will get a cancelation but the CRS goes from 0 to 1 rather than -3 to -2. Often we get another booking before the systems refresh one another.

  10. Be able when making the key for the Guest Room to indicate if a Common door like Garage should be included. This can be done with clicking on the common door, like done in Fidelio, by showing when you make a key a option grid where you can check eg: Garage checked to include access to the garage with your guest card to. This tick writes a 1 on Position 14 on the card.

  15. Xorcom is an IP PBX manufacturer and we would like to integrate our PBX with MEWS PMS. I didn't find any mention of the wake-up call management in your API documentation.   19. Usage of UUIDs in mappings is critically problematic when using Duetto RMS.
    The preference would be we could use shortname or recognizable ratecodes in mappings which could be used throughout enterprise strategies, transparent sub rate set up and which would allow us to fully use the optimization tool for setting up strategic revenue opportunities.

  20. The "New Reservation" event from Mews in Zapier doesn't send the price of the reservation. It only send information about extra product buyed by the customer but not the total price of the reservation. It also doesn't send the price of the room.
