Connector API: Messaging

By adding messaging to the Connector API, integrators would be able to push in messages and receive messages. For example, a chatbot.

We need to have possibility to get an CreatedUtc and an UpdatedUtc on accountingItems.

Origin Connector
We need a more detailed descriptions in action log and in origin for those integrations that use the connector API.
We currently have multiple integrations (room checking, IReckoU, Omniboost, Zapier, Pxier, etc.), it's is impossible to understand in our analytics (POWER BI) through which channel a booking came if it just says connector for all.
Same applies for action log. If something went wrong. How do we know which integration made the change if all indicated system?

Channelmanager API Submit Title
Currently, the Channelmanager API does not support the field title, so the channel manager cannot transmit the title/gender of a reservation.
When trying to send a pre-stay email to this guest, it is then impossible to have a proper salutation in German, as it would require the title (Sehr geehrter HERR/FRAU ...).
Please add a field Title to the channel manager API as it is already present in the Connector API.

Information is already available to all integration partners who can choose to display it on their hardware or in their system.

Marketplace: Directly connect to Booking.com
Mewsers who list their property on Booking.com must connect this channel via a channel manager. Mews are exploring the option to directly connect Mews to Booking.com to avoid the need of having a Channel Manager in the middle.
Supported features of this connection would be:
Availability, Restrictions and Inventory pushed to Booking.com .
Reservations downloaded every 30-60 seconds.
For newly onboarded properties, automatically import future Booking.com reservations when you enable the integration for the 1st time.

Connector API: Extend Add External Payment endpoint with all external payment types.
In the API make all external payment types available for adding a payment, not only cash or credit card. Also add a possibility to add an external id through the API that will end up in the payment report.

Block Segment
For the analysis and planning, it is important to know which travel purpose the block can be arranged. Is it a leisure group or a business group? For this it would be important to arrange the block to a segment. This segment must be able to be transferred to e.g. Fairmas.

search field for marketplace intergrations
By now, you have so many great marketplace integrations and they are getting more and more :) so it is getting hard to find a specific one. It would be great to have a search bar/field so you can type in the name (i.e. "vouchercart") and it is easier to find the desired integration very fast instead of clicking through all the different topics to find the desired one...
