  1. a search function in the messages would be very helpful - or being able to see whether a guest has sent a message through MEWS in their profile/reservation.

    For example if a guest asks to cancel and a cancellation/no-show fee would apply it would he useful to be able to check whether and when they requested this.
    The CTRL+F command is quite tedious to use because it requires to load also older message first, and that is not ideal.

  2. Automatic change of check out time when Product "Late Check out" is booked. We now have to change this manually.

  3. The new Real Decreto 933/2021 is now in place and all the spanish hotels have up to 02/Jun/2023 to implement it. It requires the collection of more guest data during checkin (online and/or at front desk) and to provide a new report to the police database.
    We need this feature to be adjusted ASAP, before spring. Thanks

  5. When a guest recerve online the system automatically delte the internal classification "Loyalty Program". It will be great is the system keep all the internals classifications.

  6. Very often husband and wife or companions and/or children do travel together. In mews I see when main guest is "Returning" Guest. In this case I would like mews to automatically suggest names of other people who stayed with them the last times. This information could also be stored in Guest profile on his/her own page of mews. Since it is now the 3rd year we are using mews, more and more guests are returning and it would be of good service not to have to ask again information about companions and children who stayed already

  7. We want to change the options in the guest profile by ourselves.
    at this moment (in the Dutch version) we can only choose between meneer or mevrouw (twice).
    we want to have a option for mijnheer en mevrouw, familie ect.

  8. Create an additional guest classification option under internal notes for corporate guests. So we can easily differentiate between guests who paid corporate fixed rates and standard rates

  13. We would like to suggest eliminating to some employees/departments the possibility to see the prices in the system. Currently even the housekeeping department or a user with no privileges added to his / her profile can see the bills and invoices section with the tariffs applied to the reservations. We believe that such data shall be restricted to reservations or administration and not the housekeeping or maintenance team.

  15. We would love the ability to set room charge/credit limits on customer accounts.

    For example, if we would like a guest's room charge account to not exceed $300, it would be great if we could set a limit in MEWS so room charge function is blocked once guest hits $300. From an operations perspective, this would help limit excessive room charge bills. From a sales perspective, we often release promotions that include a set level of 'credit' for the guest to use inhouse on F&B at the property.

  16. Hello everyone,

    we wanted to ask you if it is possible to create new privilage where as if we take pre-authorization for extrases for "x" sum, the receptionist would not be able to create extrases in value bigger then the "x". Therefore they wouldnt be able to add anything to guest unless it is already paid for.

  17. Currently when there is a task i.e. saying a payment request was missed, one has to copy paste the name of the guest to search for the actual payment request. A direct link would be better

  18. I tried finding a specific travel agency today and discovered that you are not able to search in the travel agency contracts profile!
    as they are not alphabetically or able to filter other than by country, it is sheer impossible to find anything!
    is there please an improvement coming with regards to agents as this is the most time consuming an illogical part of Mews.

  19. Lors de la création d'un bloc de réservation (bloc de disponibilité), il faudrait que l'on puisse envoyer des email automatiques au Booker : Devis + rappel d'échéance. De la même manière que les réservations individuelles.
