  2. We need a holding space at the bottom or top of the Reservation Calendar view that we can use when moving bookings around (tetris). EG people want to be in the same room and we have to move another booking for this to happen it is impossible to move them without going in and out of the booking profiles and then they end up in the wrong category . if we have the holding space you can move them around with out making any changes other than room/bed number.

  4. When writing a rooming list for a group sometimes due some unknown reson one name in the group is seen on timeline in every single room. That cannot be changed back to be the group name we originally had. Plase give us a way to have a group name for a group, to enter client names to the rooms without messing up the group name. Please give us way to see the number of rooms in a group and how many in different room types. Please give us a way to correct items in a group, like change the date…

    Thank you for the feedback.

    It is currently possible to customise email templates per space category, by adding information in the free text field “Order email template” within your space category settings. The text will be added automatically at the bottom of the confirmation email when a guest books a reservation for that space category.

    We do not currently have this feature for registration cards. We’ve updated your idea as one to be upvoted by the Mews Community.

  6. Would it be possible with the messaging function to have all the messages automatically attached to clients profile?

    Example: A receptionist is chatting with an arriving customer, but finishes his shift before this client arrives, another receptionist may not know/ check the read messages. It would be easier for the staff to have all guest messages attached to their profile.

  8. A report which sums up the total spending per guest would be useful for loyalty programs. At this point it's only possible to see a total spending by checking profile per profile.

  9. Notes are a huge feature to ease booking management and get a smooth communication between shifts. We use it to clarify bills or past interactions with the guests.

    Notes shouldn't be hiding 2 clicks and a scroll down away from the anywhere into MEWS. They should be easy to access, for example, when we click on a booking in the timeline : "Booking - Group - Notes" should appear. Also Notes should have its own panel within the booking, why at the very bottom ? Thanks !

  10. Would love a function where I can setup rules to change the segments on a reservation, rules that are defined by ratecode/rategroup/arrivalday of the week/number of guests staying.

  12. now it takes a long time to link companies to a master. as you always have to scroll (remembering where you were), click in, add master. and wait for 4, 5 sec and then go back to companies, scroll again, click in ...

    instead of - better - be in the master and just add the companies

  13. When sending a "Booker confirmation" it would be great to also be able to chose a "custom" receiver and type in the email address. This is possible for the "Confirmation" but not for the "Booker Confirmation".

  15. When creating employees it would be useful to have an option to enforce two factor authentication. This could apply by user, so that those in more critical positions have to use 2FA (managers) where we could leave it off for housekeeping, etc
