Apply returning guest classification only for consumed bookings
This may be a bug; however, mews applies the returning guest classifaction also in case a guest cancels his booking and then makes a new one. The returning guest classification should only be applied in case of a consumed (checked-in and out) reservation.

Import internal profile data to customer profile report
Include all fields of the guest internals tab in the guest profile report. Guest profile notes are sometimes more important than reservation notes to give clarity to classifiers.

Expand and manage RESERVATION PORPOUSE LIST
Allow admin user to manage, add or remove items in the RESERVATION PORPOUSE LIST field as works for SEGMENTS in order to get a better segmentation and structured data.

Guest note Report
We are looking for the ability to have a "guest note report". We often need to check allergy restrictions or other items for events where the individual guest notes are important.

Note when a booking with a task is canelled
It would be nice if Mews gave an indication when a booking with a task is cancelled. For example, we set tasks for flower orders for a guest. So when the guest cancels, we can immediately see that flowers are also ordered for the guest, so we can cancel them as well.

2-way enhanced integration
We have been experiencing a lot of difficulties due to the so called auto-replenishment tool at Booking.com which cannot be deacticated. They basically sends the cancelled rooms/beds back to sales without waiting for an update from PMS first. It can lead to mismatch in the actually available inventory. This can happen especially in the situations when we e.g. upgrade reservations to other room categories. This change is not being sent to the channel manager/Booking.com at the moment.

Reservation payment update should also trigger routing rules
Some OTAs allow the customer to change Onsite payment to Online Prepaid reservation up until the check in.
Currently the routing rules do not trigger when the payment option updates.We would appreciate if the routing rules trigger when the payment updates into "Online Prepaid" so that we do not accidentally charge the guest twice.

Identify a guest as a "smoker"
it is sometimes important to know that a guest is a smoker to ensure they are allocated a room where this is allowed. nowadays most establishments are non-smoking and smokers are the exception rather than the norm.

Create task when credit card on file is expired for an upcoming reservation
If reservations are made far in advance it may occure that a guests credit card won't be valid anymore when the payment is due. Therefore, a task should be created when a card is expired, so we can contact the guests and ask them to update their card details. In an ideal world, an email template could be created so this can be automated.

Licence plate number
With the thema Licence plates, the current online Registration cards do not have the option for guests to provide a plate nummber. So even though the guest completes the online check-in they still have to provide this information to the reception

Include Check-Out invitation into reservation mailing tab
Some emails to customers can be resent from Manage Reservation/Mailing Tab. However, the online checkout invitation is not between of the options.
Adding this email would allow properties to resend the checkout invitation at any moment. For example, if the reservation is shortened to the following day, after the sending hour established in the settings

Invoice request on registration cards
So for us it would be quite useful to add an option for guests to choose if they want to receive an invoice. Also an extra box if they wish to have company details in there would be great. This way we can send invoices to guests when they want it and also how they want it.

Able to register tempory guests to space
as we deal with mainly long staying guests, they have from time to time a visitor joining them. currently we add the person and make a note to remove their profile from the booking when they have left.
this means however that we have no proper record of who has stayed when where, which is not ideal.

Husband and Wife and Children names
Very often husband and wife or companions and/or children do travel together. In mews I see when main guest is "Returning" Guest. In this case I would like mews to automatically suggest names of other people who stayed with them the last times. This information could also be stored in Guest profile on his/her own page of mews. Since it is now the 3rd year we are using mews, more and more guests are returning and it would be of good service not to have to ask again information about companions and children who stayed already
