Pro-forma invoice is not translated
The text (headers, column names) of the pro-forma invoice are not translated in French. The name of the VALUE columns is missing: VAT rate, amount excluding VAT, VAT, amount including VAT, etc.

POSSIBILITY TO ADD INFORMATION IN THE INVOICE
The PMS should have the option to add in the invoice more information needed by the accountancy department. We need to appear the name of the travel agency or the name of the apartment on the top right hand side of the invoice where it's shown the guest name, company, issue date, etc... but we don't have that facility.

Different Header/Footer on Bills vs. Invoices
To display different information on the header/footer of bills vs. invoice. For example to display bank account information on invoices but not display it on creditcard bills.

Company Name on the Invoice
In a previous version of MEWS, we could add a Company address which was then added to the Invoice. A guest would then request the name of a company in which they could then reclaim/issue to the company. This information was clear on the Invoice under "Customer".
With a new update of MEWS, unfortunately this option has been taken away and there is now "Associated with". Having an overview of how many bookings were placed under the company name or to check if a reservation is already made, it would be very useful to have a dashboard just like in a guest profile.

Show check in and check out dates in the principal screen of Accounting ledger
Show check in and check out dates in the principal screen of Accounting ledger. So you can see if the reservation that needs to be resolved is past, in house or future, without going inside any booking.

Store PDF snapshots of all issued bills and invoices
As variables within bills and invoices may change in the future, it is important that all historical accounting documents are preserved in their original form from the time that they are issued or reported. Therefore, storage of PDF snapshots of each document at the time that it is issued would preserve this data. Therefore, regardless of change, users will be able to view those original documents at all times.

In the bill when you click on either go to preview or invoice gives us the option to create the invoice or preview the invoice from there to print it gives us 4 options of how we want to print the bill.

Display the name of the rate on billing
In order to facilitate the check out and payment, it would be easier if the Rate name was displayed next to the amount. This way the Receptionist can easily state what type of stay occurred and apply his SOPs accordingly.

billing and payment of a company should be also visible on the status page in a reservation
closed company bills (with payments) are now totally invisible in the reservation. It would be nice if a billing and payment button is also visible in the reservation on the status page, as it is for the guests.

Automatically have a customer's company as a selectable option when you click "Assign bill to company"
Currently when you click "Assign bill to company", you have to search for the company, even if it is already listed under the customer profile. It would be useful to have - as well as the search function - the customer's company automatically added to the pop-up so you don't have to search for it.

Guest Credit limits
Guest Credit Limit report to mitigate the risk of potential for bad debt write offs in the event of a client dispute and of being unable to recover monies owing, resulting in bad debt write-offs. Allows for a a daily review and follow up with guests when balance above hotel's limit. Ensure no guest ledger folios with cash status and debit balance outstanding.

Being able to post items in Zero
A lot of companies get different deductions for different services. In order to get full compensation for a stay with breakfast incl. and not being able to not have breakfast, an option to post items as 0.00 would be good

Keep the old billing screen or at least improve the new one
The new Billing screen is just horrible.
I switch to the old billing screen everytime and i guess i am not the only one doing that. When i ask others, they think the same.
Having a vertical menu is not a bad idea, but I cannot use the new menu because its a pain ********** to read what's on the screen.
