Limit availability sent to Channel Managers
Limiting availability sent to your channel manager could allow more control over booking sources as well as overall occupancy and availability figures.
Very important missing feature! Please apply as soon as possible. Best would be to setup restriction for maximum available rooms at the moment per room category. When setting more than 1 hotel - updating availability is extremely time-consuming and personally I do not understand this feature has not been develped yet.

+Option to set up booking limit on rate plans. When X amount of nights for date X have been booked auto close.

For me, something like setting a percent of rooms to Channels would be perfect. For example, if you set it at 90%, then the last 10% must be sold directly.
