Derived rates mark up
When you have derived (dependent) rates, it would be good if you can add different adjustments per room type.
For example to have 10% higher for a Single room, 15% higher for a Twin room, and so on. At the moment it is only possible to make absolute adjustments with same percentage/amount for all the room types.2 votes -
Package with Items on specific nights
They is a example of the request of the customer. This functionality is available in Hotello and customers is looking to have the same in Mews. There is some examples:
Example 1: I have a package for 3 nights:
Night 1: Diner
Night 2: Breakfast, lunch (apply after midnight per day per person) and diner
Night 3: breakfast and lunch (apply after midnight per day per person)

Extended Status Page / minor bug-report
This is my idea on how Mews could benefit from having an Extended Status Page or a "Minor bug-report".
Today, we dont have a clear view on what is currently bugged or been worked on by Mews support and their team. This feature would be great thing to minimize the amount of tickets that are being created today.
I.e. I had no clue, that it currently is a bug that set OOS rooms to Dirty at night due to legionella and that the support team is aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Same goes with Rooms…

Deactivate a product without deleting it.
It would be interesting to be able to deactivate a product temporarily, without having to delete it permanently.
By deactivating it, it remains easily available for reactivation, but does not pollute the list of available products or become a potential source of confusion.0 votes -
Lead-in time and configuration for product upselling
There is already a suggestion for having a inventory for stay products. Now that the products can be booked by the customer during the booking flow and online check-in, it would be interesting to have more configuration options for upsell products. Right now, it is very limited. Certain products need to be prepared or ordered on request. There should be a deadline of choice. For example: booking a bouquet of flowers can only be added 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise we can't order the flowers anymore. It would be great when the company of booking agent which is related to the guest is shown in the reservation overview. For example shown guest name, related to company X.

Extending stay of guests
MEWS automatically allocate guests to a room. However, when you want to extend a guest's stay and another guest is allocated to that room, you first have to move the other guest to be able to extend the stay of the other guest. It would be helpful that if you want to extend a guest's stay, it automatically moves the other guest to another available room.

It would be time saving when reservations can be duplicated to other dates, while keeping the name, room settings etc.

It would be great if MEWS shows automatically which room needs a linen change. For example, after 5 days. And the housekeeping sees or receives a notification in their application.

duplicate product
It would save a lot of time (and misstakes) if products, rates, etc can be duplicated instead of always having to start from scratch. Except for the obvious hassle of having to remember all the settings it would help us in keeping name-standards etc.

booking engine rate group
If there are multiple public rates within the same rate group, MEWS will only display the cheapest option in the booking engine.
This causes issues for us for example when publishing our Christmas packages. They would both fall under the same rate group (PKG - Package incl. breakfast in this example), but since one package includes dinner and the other one a *****, only the cheaper ***** package will be shown to our guests.

Making it easier to delete rates
When you try to delete a rate, it can be very frustrating to have to find out it is linked to your channel manager / has restrictions / linked to another rate / has a voucher....
why not allow you tick boxes to do this whilst you are in the rate you want to delete?

It would be nice to be able to promote specific products to specific rate groups segments or even more direct to specific rates and even better to be able to enable function for specific periods only.

show occupancy in restrictions calender
In order to check if restrictions are still valid / necessary, the occupancy (overall and per room type) should be displayed in the restrictions calendar (as in rate management). This is very important to check if MLOS and close restrictions are still valid.

Restrict access to specific rates
Add a feature where specific rates (e.g heavily discounted private rates) can not be viewed by all users and instead only be booked by certain higher management.
