Impove Timeline visual appearance for improved working conditions & accessibility
We're new to MEWS and whilst the functionality is brilliant (thank you), our front of house team really struggle with the visual appearance of the timeline. Spending lots of screen time on a screen with poor visual appearance and contrasts is not healthy and inefficient as it is difficult to see the timeline at a glance - please could you look at improving visual contrasts both colours and lines between dates/spaces for improved accessibility.

Option A: Add a “Snapshot” Button
Introduce a Print button in the Reservation Overview >> Print output mirrors the page as is.
Similar to existing print‑enabled reports (e.g., Space Status)
Option B: Export as PDF
Add Export → PDF (Layout View) alongside Excel
Preserves:Page UI formatting
Column order
Grouping
Visual hierarchy
Header Titles (Stayovers, Arrivals, etc...)📌 Either option alone would significantly improve usability; offering both is ideal but not required for initial delivery.

Make company owned reservations possible.
It will allow to manage corporate clients more effectively by associating company profiles with reservations.
Provide a comprehensive view of all bookings associated with a corporate account. As well highly useful for hotels that offer coworking spaces, where companies own a office space.85 votes -

Nous aimerions, lors de l'utilisation d'un bloc de disponibilité pouvoir supprimer dans le moteur de réservation spécifique à celui-ci l'accès au produit du service réservable.
Exemple : laisser le choix aux clients classique via la moteur de réservation d'ajouter le ménage de fin de séjour.

Oft buchen Firmen nach Kalenderwoche. Es wäre leichter das Datum zu finden, was gewünscht ist, wenn auch die Kalenderwochen angezeigt werden würden in der Zeitleiste.

Excel rooming list sorting
When you dowload an excel rooming list from a group reservation, all reservations are shown in a random order on the excel sheet, and this is not possible to change! Preferably I would like to at least have the reservations sorted by arrival date, but that is not the case right now. It would be good if the default sorting was the arrival date. Or it would be even better if you could change the sorting yourself however you like, but right now since the excel sheet is locked it is not possible. Please look into this.

Bulk add address information to profiles of the same reservation
Hi,
Would it be possible to have an option that we can select to add the same address/city/postal code to all profile of the same reservation?
In Spain, we need to fill in a lot of information and the adress/city/postal code is something mandatory for us and when we have big groups it takes forever to add that info individually.Thank you

GROUP BATCH BOOKINGS
It would improve efficiency if we could create a batch of bookings for the same or different company, all at once, by just choosing the dates we need, and then just repeating that same pattern of rooms needed for all bookings. To be able to assign an individual customer to each would be preferable, like being able to create a new customer for each different date, in a faster way.
Creating group bookings one by one is very tedious and takes a long time, and for properties that hold various groups a day or a week, this would definitely be…

Adjust maximum occupancy for a room categorie on specific days
We have quite some festivals in our area. To reduce the risk on parties in our hotel, I want to reduce the maximum room capacity to 2 guests for rooms which usually could host upto 5 persons.
In my previous PMS we had rate plans per occupancy which we could close down.
Can you create a restriction for this? Or in de occupancy report?1 vote -
API support for MEWS gift voucher redemptions via API
To be able to redeem MEWS Gift Voucher vouchers via the API which allows us to integrate the entire booking process via API and not require manual redemption thru the MEWS interface

Check in Script 1-2-3
I’m missing a proper script for check-in at the reception, which would make the process more structured and consistent, while ensuring that important steps are not overlooked.
I imagine a button such as “Auto Check-In”, which would clearly guide the staff through the following steps:
Settle or verify the guest folio if not already done
Check and acknowledge the guest’s loyalty membership status, or invite them to join the program
Offer upselling or room upgrades
Generate the key
Confirm check-in completion
As I see it, this would ensure that all critical steps are followed and that the process is handled…

Add minimal ''Buffer'' time between rentals
Hello,
We would like to be able to add a ''buffer period'' or preparation time between rentals, especially for hourly rentals.
For example, if a guests rents a bike from 9 to 10am, and my buffer is 1 hour, then it will only be available to rent again from 11 am.
This will prevent guest overlap if they are a few minutes early or late.

More filters
Being able to filter more in the system, instead of having to "sort by" or select each category one by one to get the information needed.
For example, being able to select multiple rate codes/or guests with a specific cost when filtering in the booking report.

Booking engine guest journey
It would be nice to turn around to guest journey in the booking engine, so the guest are presented for the different prices and/or packages first and then then can select which room type they would prefer.
Adding a calendar to show prices would also be great.

Make a reservation with zero occupants
It would be very practical to be able to make a reservation without having to specify the occupants. For example, for company seminars where some rooms remain unoccupied despite the hotel being privatised, we are obliged to add at least one adult to the booking, even if the room is empty. This complicates management and does not reflect reality.
