Tasks design when printing
When creating a task, the task looks ordered and systematic with spaces between the different points and can even be numbered. But when printing the list, all spaces and numbering is gone and its all just one long sentence. Would be very helpful to have the printed list to look like the actual task description.

Change reservation service setting
We operate 2 neighboring facilities as 2 different services. It would be nice to be able to change the service of a reservation from the reservation property screen.

Male sign
I would like to know if there is a possibility to add the sign of male (the sign of female is already there) for all the male clients? Sometimes with the name itself is not easy to be sure of the gender of the client and that will allow us to find it faster on the calendar view.

Very Simple Report by mail
Often employees need just simple information like how much persons are in the house now. For just such a simple qeustions it would be great to email them this information by the report mailing function with a simple mail or better any other messaging system. The excel report is to bulky peoble who just night this simple info stop jusing the excel email report.

Allocation button
When there is a reservation that cannot be allocated and we fix the issue and leave the space available for it, it would be helpful to have an "allocation button" to just allow Mews to try once again to allocate those reservations in the red overbooked area, instead of allocating them manually one by one, and without having to use the Optimize Space Allocation button in the timeline (which could move other reservations that are not locked in place).

Give a warning / pop up when moving a checked-in reservation
When moving an already checked-in reservation at the timeline, there should be a pop up or similar to alert you that you are moving an already checked-in reservation and if you are sure you want to do that. We have had multiple accidents when we have moved a guest who has been checked in and then later we changed some room arrangements for other same day arrivals. This is also because the color for the checked-in reservations is just slightly darker grey which is very easy to miss.

Displaying products within the rate
When the reception team takes a direct booking and pick up a rate, it should note which products are included. Firstly, when looking at the individual rates – where it notes the R/O cost and products e.g. +£16 – it should note what these products are. Secondly, once it is picked up, in the reservation summary, it displays the rate code e.g. ‘BB’ – but it should also note the summary of the products within it.

Placing a room out of order without having to move future reservations
If we are placing a room OOO it would be great for the system to automatically move the future reservations overlapping without having to manually move each reservation manually.

Add vouchers as a field to reservations
Add a field onto the reservation to enter a free format travel agent voucher number issued for billing purposes and to be able to print this voucher number onto the guest bill. This as we need to issue invoices for TMC's that include the voucher number to be approved for payments.
We electronically transfer the data via the API for all these invoiced bill directly to the TMC's for them to electronically process via their OCR system to issue payments. Using billing notes, users to tend to add additional information causing the process to fail.

Printing Regcards in bulk
When printing out regcards via reservation overview report, the report sorting parameters do not influence the actual order the regcards are printed in !
This makes us lose a lot of time, having to sort all the reservation cards by hand !

Es wäre schön, wenn im Reservierungsüberblick auch die Firma des Gastes aufgezeigt werden könnte. Auf diese Weise sieht man auf einen Blick, welche Anreisen/Abreisen/Bleiben zusammen gehören.

Keyboard shortcut for timeline zoom views
I really liked the old timeline where you could zoom in and out using the mouse wheel.
It's nice that you can scroll the timeline using the mouse wheel now.
My suggestion would be:
Holding the macOS Command or Option or Control key + mouse wheel --> you can zoom in and out on the timeline.Same with Windows, probably simply the Control key + mouse wheel.
With this, zooming in and out would be much simpler than it is right now.

regrouper les produits sur la réservation (group the products on the reservation)
Dans la partie de droite de la réservation, il sera plus facile de lire les produits s'ils étaient regroupés en une ligne. Pour des longs séjours la liste des produits est vite beaucoup trop longue.

Late check outs possibility when using a space in space set up
While using a space in space set up, but NOT using different reservations in that space, it is now not possible to process a late check out for only one space. This is inconvenient, since in practice it happens that only one space needs a late check out and not the whole room/all spaces.
Our example: We have 2-room apartments that are a combination of 2 separate rooms, combined with a connecting door. The 2-room apartments can be booked separately, or as a 2-room apartment by for example a family. In the case of the family, the 2-room apartment is…

Minimalize a reservation
Option to minimalize a reservation (for example keep it in the right bottom of the timeline). It could allow you to continue with other tasks and than later on get back to the reservation/booking that you were working on. It could also be a reminder for yourself that you need to follow up on that certain reservation.

Out of Order rooms not deducted from room inventory when calculating the Occupancy rate
It would be nice to have the option in the set up to choose to deduct or not the rooms Out of Order from the inventory when calculating the Occupancy rate

Availability Notifications for Inquired Reservations
Instead of overbooking, we use Inquired Reservations as a waiting list to optimise occupancy. It'd be great to get notified when a reservation is cancelled that there are inquired reservations for that date which can potentially now be confirmed.
