  2. I recommend adding a field to the customer profile or reservation about disabilities. For example, someone in a wheelchair that cannot use the top bunk. Personally, I would like to let the hotel know that I am deaf.

    Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to inform you that we have recently released a reservation rooming list that will allow you to update all the companions, and companion details in reservation group including identity document information.

    Hello Mewsers,

    Thank you for the feedback and suggestions, we are very happy to inform you that the space status report allows you to filter by alternate reservation states.

    You can choose whether you would like to view reservations that have been confirmed (definite reservations) , reservations that are currently optional or both! Simply select the “status” filter in the reservations report and apply the changes that you would like to view.

  7. in the new reservation module only an average price is displayed. a total price would be easier. possibly leaving the choice to the user as to what may be displayed.

To help clarify this these various details, a field for travel agency number could be added to the reservation module to keep all those important details in one easy-to-find place."

    Hello Agnes,


    Thank you for sharing your request with us. It is currently possible to add a new guest profile when adding another reservation to an existing group.


    In order to do this, you can click on the  add another reservation button > Mews will pre-fill the date range and open the second step of the new reservation screen > In the customer section select the "X" to remove the current profile that has been pre-filled and add the name of the new customer you would like to add. This will create a new reservation with the name of the new customer to your group.

  11. Insert a day by day rate per block manually instead of selecting an existing rate that has the wrong prices. Because we don't have fix block prices and maybe there are multiple blocks for one day with another rate.

  12. First of all: I like that there is a symbol / notification in Commander (in the top right) for new releases.

    But once I have clicked on it, I would like that it disappears, also after logging out and back in.

    It basically should only appear, once there is a new release note. Because like that I always know that there is something new I should read.
    But if I receive a notification (--> the icon shows up in the top right), but there is no new release note, it's a bit frustrating if there is no new release note.

  15. In a big chain with 12500+ travel agents, it is a must to being able to look on IATA number. A lot of TA's have the same name but may have another IATA number.

  16. it is actually unworkable as it will try to update for at least 2 minutes (no exaggeration!)
    it does it for as good as all the actions you and you basically need to open a new mews session (or risk that you forgot what you were about to do in the first place)

  17. Registration cards in the US legal environment are in the wrong format: DD/MM/YYYY.
    The correct format according to the local standard should be MM/DD/YYYY.

    We are very happy to inform you that Mews does not allow you to check a new guest in before the previous reservation was checked out.

  19. Onthe Resume of the reservation, an idea would be to have the Day of the date, mentioned next to Arrival & departure
    So when you check reservation, or have a guest on the phione asking you to dubbel check the res. with him, you can easear sya, tyou arrival on Wednesday 2 sep and C/O on friday 4/9

    We are happy to inform you that you are currently able to see the day of the ween a guest will be arriving and departing from the summary tab of the reservation module.

Mews has always strived to connect with as many integrations as possible, however as we are continually finding great new software to work with, we'd like to introduce the possibly of installing integrations directly from Mews Commander. This means that adding new integrations would be easier than ever, bypassing requests to integration partners and enabling automatic token sharing.
