  4. Could be great if you did automated IATA nr. pulls from IATA database - this would then provide hotels with an updated "IATA Agency" list.... similar to the way you do address look-ups

  7. It would be helpfull to see in the reservation summery how many double use and single users are in the booking. Especially in group bookings, you need to count every time when the client adjust the number and forwards the namelist.

  8. As we can have charged cancellations, we often let a room checked-in with 0 guest in house to keep a high occupancy rate even if the room is empty.
    Currently, it is not possible to put less than one guest per room, so the city tax is posted and the reports are false.

  9. On the check out report - once a guest has been checked out they disappear from the list. Can they just be moved in to a lower segment on the screen so that they can still be found from the check out report?

    We would like to be able to turn off the sound when a notification comes in.
    when we are talking to guests, it is very annoying when we hear a 'ping' in our ear all the time.
    if it is also possible to turn off the notifications completely, that would be great.

  11. Currently daily rate is not amendable once the bookings are created, with a status OPTION (not confirmed). We used to have it but not anymore.
    Also, we can never change room allocation if the booking is an option.

  12. Products and services that are bookable during the reservation process should have a Day of Week Restriction.

    IE: Hotel wants to offer a product that is only available if a guest is going to be staying over a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday.

    If a guest is going to be checking in Sunday and Checking out Wednesday, the product should display and be bookable.

    However, if they are checking in Wedneday & Checking out Thursday, the product should not display and be bookable as they guest wont be in house when the product is offered.

  13. sometimes when you open a reservation there is no information displayed (at all). you need to click on another tab to go back to your "properties" tab to view.
    this causes huge issues and mistakes

    Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.

    All required fields in the PMS are based on legal requirements. It is unlikely that we will allow the modification of required fields, or the addition of mandatory fields that do no meet legal standards in each region in the near future.

  17. We should have a unified solution for updating the cost of items that are outside of EHW or closed on a bill. For example in some Legal Environments, taxes are applied based on the length of reservation. Upon the change of length, taxes should be updated on all nights.
    This should be somehow reflected in reports and values such as average night rate etc.

    The reason for this is that we need to handle changes of taxes with correctional items and not by overwriting already posted and in some cases reported items.

  18. If you have been off for a few days, when you log in you receive all past messages which is annoying. Would it be possible to only receive message sent/received for the day you log in versus past history of messages?

  20. L'écran "aperçu des réservations" montre les arrivées en commençant par les prénoms et non les noms. Ceci serait plus simple d'avoir les noms des clients EN ENTIER, même sans le prénom!
