Availability & Occupancy Report + Restrictions
We use the restrictions a lot at our property. We need a way to see restrictions in relation to the availability and occupancy. I'd like to see restrictions added to the calendar view of the avail and occ reports.

Enable Report Column User Customization
Beyond the availability of filters, or as incremental filter functionality, users should be enabled to remove data columns from report when the data in the column is irrelevant to the property or the user. My hotel doesn't track data by bed but this information takes up space in a report for columns with zeros. When I deselect filter options, the column still shows in the report with zeros. Like standard Excel spreadsheets, it should be possible to drop/drag columns within the report and remove columns so print attempts don't generate unusable reports. Currently, all users must manually add segments to every reservation.

Reassign Reservation Spaces
I would like it if Mews could reassign reservations to a different space if it could open up another reservation. I have a couple of niche uses for this at my property but can think of a few ways other properties may use it too.

Houskeeping can use the app to flag the room not to be cleaned
The functionality is already in Mews: it is used by the Hotels for Trees integration. In the Mews app housekeeping can click a button to tell the reception that the room has not been cleaned because the customer asked not to clean the room. The button is an icon of a doorhanger on it. When they click it the room status of this room has the same doorhanger icon next to it. We are using this integration in one of our hotels. Mail Templates for blockreservation
We would like to send offers and confirmations of a block reservation directly from MEWS. For this we need mail templates for blocks and the possibility to click on the mail template option in the block (just like with the individual reservations)

onboarding manager
The onboarding manager should stick with the project for 6month to a year and not 5 days after going live. We are a new hotel and did not have reservation prior to going live. now that we are live several questions arise and there is no direct number to contact. I have read the help articles but still do not get a clear answer from them. I have submitted the question through contact us and still have not gotten answers. If there is a number to call direct when it is an urgent need that would be more helpful.

Keep accounting category of double rebates
At the moment, when a rebated item is rebated again (a double rebate) it changes accounting category to the predefined accounting category in accounting configuration. It would be good if it kept the accounting category set for rebates of that product/night

More flexibility with mail
Would be good to have possibility to send more personalised mails. For example, we organise a lot of pop up events (BBQ in summer, concerts, ...). People need to subscribe in advance.
Would be great to be able to send these kind of mails from MEWS.
What's differente compared to actual MEWS mail templates?
- content is different every month
- we should be able to choose ourselves when we do want to send this mail and when not (for example if we organise a BBQ next sunday, it should not be send to any other guests than those staying…6 votes -
Accountling ledger, bonus withdrawl
I like that bonus points are added to the accounting ledger. But I would very much like it to be updated so that these come chronologically by date. There will be a lot of scrolling to find the way when something is written there, you have not paid off because it is no longer shown on the guest's bill directly.

Deactivate a product without deleting it.
It would be interesting to be able to deactivate a product temporarily, without having to delete it permanently.
By deactivating it, it remains easily available for reactivation, but does not pollute the list of available products or become a potential source of confusion.2 votes -

Add a credit card, when you make a new reservation
Option to directly add the CC in the process of making a new reservation. Otherwise you need to go to the profile and add it there. It cost extra steps / clicks and also the change to forget to add the CC.
It shout also be linked to the rate you choose -> non refundable, always ask for a CC.

NEXT 5 DAYS interval for scheduled reports
Please add following interval for scheduled reports:
"NEXT 5 DAYS"schedule starts 8/9 07h00 -> report for 9/9, 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9
next schedule 9/9 07h00 -> report for 10/9, 11/9, 12/9, 13/9, 14/9
etc...Maybe also 'next 10 days' as an extra option.

Create option to allocate reservations based on revenue
Provide functionality for auto-allocation of bookings to units, in order to spread revenue income evenly across owners. Rather than Top-Down, Bottom-Up, or Random, taking prior YTD revenue consumed by unit in to account would help spread revenue evenly and keep owners happy (particularly w/ Condo-Hotel types where individuals own specific units and put them in rental pools)

blocks does not appear in the reporting
Blocks should appear in the availability and occupancy report when they are confirmed. Not only when the rooms are picked
