    This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates.     Currently, it is difficult to track what information/mails were sent to the guest. The following solutions come to my mind:

    - Mails are assigned to the guest profile in Mews.
    - Mails are always sent as CC to the reception. This way it is easy to search for the mails.
