Hello Mewsers,
Thank you for the feedback.
We are very happy to inform you that it is possible to print empty registration cards.
The feature can be set up from your registration card configuration settings. Under the “Options” menu, select “Print based on person count”. When this setting is enabled, you will be able to print an additional blank registration card for all reservations where companion details have not yet been completed.

This is a critical element of our group business. With our new automated guest journey, the current model of creating a separate reservations creates issues from a customer service stand point. Ie. multiple door codes, duplicate communications, and a lack of transparency with housekeeping etc.
