An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Nik commentedEmail sent to be logged in the action log in order to give a quick overview of the guest email communication, in addition a link to the mail queue link so the employee could easily access the email. If non admin users could have access to mail queue as a separate work privilege it would enhance the user experience for this suggestion

As an alternative access to mail queue items could be included in Create and manage customers in order for the front office staff to be able to easily access the information
