Hey Mewsers,
Good News! We started working on your feature request and Company profile will be updated soon.
We hope to add multiple email addresses to a company profile so you will be able to choose to whom send the company invoice.

Indeed in current times when everything is automatized it seems really old-school to download a pdf file just to be able to send invoice to the company who is the payer and booker. We work with companies, the last 3 months we had 200 reservations with them so it is very time consuming for us to do it in such a tradicional way. It would be great at least to have a possibility to add the companies email to their file and some button which allows us to choose who send the invoice to.

We communicate with our guests via WhatsApp during the whole stay so for us telephone number is crucial. If the telephone number cannot be added as obligatory, it would be great at least to have it as optional (just as an email) or to have some note field where our team may write it down while doing check in with the guest.

We are also voting for the necessity to give only one data, but if needs to be 2 of them, we would opt for surname and check-out date

In the Canary Islands registering all the adult guests is mandatory and we need passport/ID details of all of them. Therefore during the check in online it for us it is indispensable so that all adult guests give their passport details. For now Mews collects only email of the companion guest, and then he/she may log in and give more of the details which is time consuming and most of our guests do not do it or forget to do it. Bothering guests with phone calls or emails to fill up all the date is also time consuming for us especially that I do not see a template message that could help us with that. If automatization and saving time is our objective, it is necessary to have one check-in online for all adult guests that can be filled up by the titular of the reservation (just like in Ryanair for example). In our previous PMS Avantio we could choose the fields and data which we wanted to appear on the check-in online form. This solution was giving a lot of flexibility for every company depending on the region they were offering their business.
