Lock/ Unlock a reservation using the connector API

allow developers to control whether a reservation is (un)locked via the api (i.e. allow changing the AssignedSpaceLocked property using /api/connector/v1/reservations/update)

    We also need the option to Lock/unlock optional reservations over the API. Especially for Omniboost allotments tool this is a important use case.

    Omniboost allotment feature would def. benefit from having this functionality as well. To ensure allotment blocks do not swop once allocated exact spaces.
