  3. Recently Mews released the "MewsPassportScan" the feature is great! but we feel like its incomplete, if you have used it before, you will agree.

    The feature allows you to scan the guests passport with the webcam of the computer, this then populates the passport fields with one click making the process way smoother, HOWEVER!!!!

    If you have more than one attendant on a booking this feature flaws massively, as you have to create individual user profiles for the additional guests ONE BY ONE!

    This means that from 1 click one guest, it turns in to 8 clicks per guest profile.…

  4. When a specific rate is booked, automatically populate the company to the reservation. E.G. If you book the rate "MEWS" the system will add "MEWS" as a company to the reservation

  5. It would be good to get the option to change the timeline view and display the company name instead of guest name / sometimes we need to be able to see which companies have guests staying, now you would have to click into each booking to find this out

  6. It would be great if you could add custom fields to a customer profile to save specific information.

    We would need that for example to save information regarding our data privacy policy.

    We are very interested in hearing which fields you would like to see added to the profiles. But we are keen on keeping a consistency between our customers. 

  7. When there are several contacts in a company that use the same e-mail address, this should be possible. Now you can only use contact per e-mail.

  8. It would be practical to fill all the necessary information straight from the "add new customer section" so we do not have to enter each profile just to fill few more rows.

  9. Notes should be on the status tab. some where easily visisble so that agents dont miss important details. Notes should also pop up when you open the reservation and the agent can dismiss the note once its read.

  11. Could internal NOTES on bookings also add automatically, apart from current date and time mark, the USER name who entered the note.

  14. They want to have personalised vouchers attached to the customer and not the rate. So they could make an individual code that will give special prices for the rates or products for the specific customer

  16. When a guest recerve online the system automatically delte the internal classification "Loyalty Program". It will be great is the system keep all the internals classifications.
