  2. Customer classifications tell you if someone has stayed before but it would be great to easily how many times customers have stayed.

    This could be used to send custom emails, voucher codes and other loyalty rewards. It's also useful to export a specific list for things like birthday and holiday cards.

  9. Currently, phone number is entered as part of a guest's personal information in Mews Navigator or as part of their profile in Mews Commander. As guests enter their number, currently there are no formatting requirements, which can make it difficult as many guests travel from other countries and their country codes are often not included as part of that data. An additionally required country code selector could help clarify all entered details and ensure that all contact information is correct and usable.

For this reason, an additional field for these card details could be very beneficial to streamline that data collection process. Manage your profiles with the most important information first.
