Optimize Space Allocation only for certain space categories
A way to only use the Optimize Space Allocation on a selection or Rooms. Specific room types or a selection of any. Locking and unlocking half of the rooms which can't be moved multiple times a week is quite a hassle.

In the new reservation module one place to fill in the amount of adults and children.
fill in the amount of guests on one place, not for every space categorie.

THE SPACE CAN NOT BE MOVED AS THEY WERE BLOCKED
IF I HAVE A GUEST IN A ROOM FOR 10 NIGHTS AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAY I NEED TO CHANGE THE ROOM NUMBER I CAN NOT DO THAT AS THE OTHER ROOM NUMBER OF SAME ROOM TYPE WERE OCCUPIED BEFORE SO IT BLOCKS TO CHANGE THE ROOM NUMBER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAY
KEEP IT EASY AND SIMPLE WHY TO CREATE A HUSTLE FOR YOURSELF AND FOR THE FRONT DESK.

Ability to assign Space/Room to Optional Reservations.
Currently in the Status Tab of an Optional Booking, we don't have the ability to assign a Space. However Mews automatically assigns a Space. i.e when Mews assigns a Space, we cannot assign to a different Space, other than by using the timeline to move the reservation. We require the ability to assign space from the Status tab, so that we can assign to None(un-assigned). Similar to Confirmed reservations.

update Dashboard diagrams SPACES status
The diagram of status on SPACES shows only counting of 4 separate categories, in our case on a certain date:
72 Dirty
23 Clean
99 Inspected
2 Out of Service
However on this particular date the number of OUT OF ORDER is 5, which is more than the 2 Out of service.
This information is not now not on the dashboard because? (font size to large to fit in the diagram, or is the Diagram too small to show everything? I think it is important that we see also the 5 (!) in the diagram

Unused rooms reporting legionella
have a simple "unused rooms" report available for legionella checks. Possibility to change number of unused nights.

To be able to make a report regarding the Space Status by date
To be able to make a report regarding the Space Status by date, so one could know the exact Space Status (Dirty/OOS/Inspected) on a certain date in the past.
Right now, if one changes the date on the Space Status Report, it will pop up today´s info.9 votes -
Only display actual room type of reservation in assignment bar
Now all roomtypes with all room numbers are displayed when assigning a reservation.
You should only see the rooms available for the roomtype that is active for that reservation. When giving an upgrade you should change the roomtype in the tab 'Properties' > space category. Permanently delete a cancelled reservation
A canceled reservation still appears in the guest's navigator, would it be possible to choose which of them to permanently delete?
I offer my guests different spaces or tariffs, they choose one, and then the others end up being canceled but they are still present in their navigator, cutting it up. I wish I was able to delete the irrelevant ones.8 votesHello from the Mews product team,

graphs
so instead of graphs and drawing on the dashboard it would be great just to have name on it and when we click on the icon it gives the further details that was we can make the dashboard look much more clean and make more space

Display space number on bills with service products
Currently, when creating a product under Services, the details of the stay will appear on the bill. With making this possible, the product created under Services will appear on bills as well.

Granular `state` option in space status report
Add additional states to the space status report for example "Dirty - Legionella" and "Dirty - Checked-In." As well as multiple dirty reasons or customizable dirty reasons other than just "Dirty- Check-In" .

Space Status report filter - arrived and staying
The space status report filter does not have the option to filter guests that have arrived and the guests that are staying.
Currently, only one of them can be chosen.Please add an additional filter option to do both.
