Making guest history and invoices available across all locations without having someone having to have credentials for each location.
It is great the the profiles can be merged no matter the location, BUT, still does not give the basic functionality of the big chain's proprietary software have had for decades (or at least when I worked for big chains in the late 90s early 2000s.)
When we search for a name, we should be able to pull up their history within the company, reservation notes for previous stays no matter which stay it was, billing and invoices, everything, without having to log into to each property they stayed at to have access to it. We are option 1 on the tollfree number, everyone hits option 1 because they do not want to go through the list of options, for people who stayed at our other locations in our metro area, I can switch locations under my profile, until I find the right location to be able to print out the invoice from their last visit made more difficult because they rotate between our 3 properties in this metro area and could not remember where the last stay was. Other hotel I put in their name, verify their address or something on their profile to make sure I have the correct name since there are duplicates, and it is all right there. I am in Philadelphia, I get calls to get an invoice for someone who stayed in Detroit, which I have no problem doing instead of transferring the guest, except I can't, because I am not set up to view anything related to that property, even something so simple as a past invoice is inaccessible. Also inaccessible, had a guest with a very unusual name, he mentioned staying at 2 of our other locations, I search for the name, sure enough, he has 3 profiles under different emails, 2 have matching phone numbers, went to consolidate the 2 that had matching numbers, but I can't because one comes up blocked list, but no ability to see why they are blocked from booking under their email because I only have access to our other local locations, not any of our locations out of state.
