We have collaborators who have left the company, and we haven't been able to revoke their permissions. As a policy, we don't delete user accounts but rather remove their permissions. However, we've encountered cases where we can't do this because they have scheduled automatic reports, and as administrators, we can't view or remove them.

Multiple Departments per User
On my team, we have a lot of people that "wear many hats" As an example, we have 6 people on the guest services team. 2 of those 6 are concierge as well and will be the ones assigned to follow up with a guest when they request recommendations.
Instead of assigning a task generally to the whole Guest Services team and wait for these two specific people to address the task, I would like to be able to assign people multiple roles so that those two people can be Guest Services and Concierge. This is just an example, at…

Remove FINANCIAL access from Housekeeping users
Currently a user with only "Perform Housekeeping" rights can see a lot of financial reports!
I don't imagine the cleaning staff at Mews Headquarters are allowed to see the daily revenue, so why should they (or 3rd party cleaning contractors) have access to our hotel financial data?Posting Journal: Can be seen and has financial information about the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly revenue!
Payment Report: can be seen, has financial information. It can even see the cash going into the Cashier!
Accounting Ledger: can be seen and has financial information.
Bills and Invoices: Every invoice (anonymous) and its consumptions can be seen together…

If there was an option to only allow sign-ons from specific IP addresses, that would solve this for me.

onboarding manager
The onboarding manager should stick with the project for 6month to a year and not 5 days after going live. We are a new hotel and did not have reservation prior to going live. now that we are live several questions arise and there is no direct number to contact. I have read the help articles but still do not get a clear answer from them. I have submitted the question through contact us and still have not gotten answers. If there is a number to call direct when it is an urgent need that would be more helpful.

Restrict access to specific rates
Add a feature where specific rates (e.g heavily discounted private rates) can not be viewed by all users and instead only be booked by certain higher management.

Remove deleted products from reports
Small one, but can we remove the deleted products from all product reports, this would make it easier for our operations team to pull reports and schedule them.
Really it's about giving our teams the cleanest data possible, I know they can select or deselect the products – we have a lot of products that were created whilst we were setting up the property, that we really don't need.. and whilst they are deleted – they show up in this report.
As there aren't any other key filters (eg Product Group) it's just messy and difficult for the operational team…2 votes -

ACTION LOG FOR CHANGES MADE ON ALL CUSTOMER PROFIL
It will be great to have the opportunity to see all the changes made on all the customer profil, more particulary if a classification has been modified or take off. We have the opportunity to see it on a specific custumer profil, but we need to see all in the action log from the dashbord.

Frozen reservations for FO (View only & Check-in/out)
Chain hotels that manage (Group-) or individual reservations for 95% from headquarters level want to restrict individual hotels to make any changes on the reservation. Especially, when the majority of guests are corporate travellers whereby the booking has been made by the company booker. There is an agreement between Chain and Company HQ, whereby the individual hotels are not allowed to make any changes on the reservation.
Restricting employees to only view the reservation details, but are still able to check-in/out and handle the billing of the guestprofile would resolve this.

Workprivilege to access specific marketplace functionality (channelmanager)
We have employees who are mapping products in the marketplace channel manager integrations, however we do not want to give these colleagues admin rights. Can a workplace privilage be set for these settings in order to have access, without the need for providing admin rights

Adjust multiple employees all at once
Right now it is neccessary to select a employee to a Supervisor once at a time, but when there is a new supervisor, for example a duty- or hotelmanager, it is better to select all employees you want to move and move them all in one go. It takes a lot of time to move all housekeeping/FO/F&B to a new supervisor and it would be way easier to have control when you are able to select more employees all at once.
