  3. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass in der Zeitachse neben den Namen auch direkt die Anzahl der Gäste im Zimmer angezeigt wird. Da wir Aufbettungen buchbar haben und auch Einzelnutzung möglich ist, hätten wir so in der Zeitachse den besseren Überblick.

  4. To prevent mistakes to guest bills, do not show future reservations for payment. It confuses the staff and it is time consuming

  6. Double room supplement
    It is recommended that the double room supplement is shown separately from the single price on the invoice. This is particularly advantageous for business travellers who are travelling with a companion and require a separate invoice.

  7. Multiple occupancy for a duration of stay.
    Expample: a Guest is staying for 5 nights. The first 3 nights is single occupancy and the last 2 nights are double occupancy. This should then have multiple rates *depending on the Hotel

  8. Our operations and guest experience would be so much smoother if tasks were automatically assigned to a specified department when a product is added! Product options currently only automatically assign tasks if a product is added during online check-in. This should be an option when a product is added during any step of the guest journey - either by the guest or by the reservations specialist.

  9. The option of setting automatic alerts to pop-up during different stages of reservations, such as during check-in, any time you open the reservation, during check-out. The alert text should be customizable, so a user can enter anything there, but also the possibility of adding standard alerts depending on membership level, profile classifications, specific rates, etc.

  11. When blocking rooms with "house-use" function, it would be great to have the function to select more rooms at the same time. Now we have to create single blocks and it takes long time.

  14. Currently when you make a new reservation, the "public voucher" section lists all vouchers, even vouchers with expired "Reservation to" dates. I would like these expired vouchers to automatically hide if the validity date has expired so that we don't need to manage and delete old vouchers.

  15. It would be nice, if it was possible to add multiple rate codes in one reservation. For example if there is a reservation for 4 nights. The first and the last night booked at the best available rate, however the second and third night is booked at the corporate's contract rate. Now, we need to make three separate reservations. If it would be possible to add multiple rate codes in a reservation, this would make this much easier.

  17. Often it happens that some guests would like to add more identical bookings, just under a different name, if they are part of a group. I am aware there is already a tool to make a duplicate from Mews, however, the information copied are not sufficient and should also include manually entered rates. I have already provided this information to Mews Premium, who informed us that it's not possible and they requested to add the idea on this feedback form.

  18. We request the functionality to round reservation prices to whole numbers in our booking system.

    This adjustment is crucial for maintaining the upscale image of our 4 and 5-star hotels, as current pricing often results in decimals.

    Implementing whole number pricing will simplify transactions and enhance the premium perception of our rates.

  19. be able to turn off "Optional" and "Inquired" status for reservations. Have it be optional for a property and let the property control whether they want front desk agents to be able to access these statuses. Our property does not. It causes confusion.

  20. It would be extremely helpful to be able to write comments on reservation directly from the reservation overview report instead of having to click details->administer->properties and THEN be able to write a comment. After all of that, you cannot even just click back, because then you will come to the home screen and not the reservation overview report again. It would save us alot of time, especially us who write comments on almost every single reservation when we go through them for the day to check for extra needs, memberships etc :)
