  1. Il faudrait pouvoir avoir une alerte lorsque l'on fait une résa et qu'on rappelle le profil d'un client black list, que le client n'est pas le bienvenue...
    Actuellement, il faut attendre de regarder la résa sur "gérer" pour s'apercevoir que le client est black listé.

  2. The printable registration form is not user friendly. Guest wich use my own designed registration form are much faster. im sure its easy to make it more user friendly.

  3. During the rate setting we use round figures ( 99€ for one night) but when we use a discount of 10% for example, the rate for the room will show up on the website like this : 89.1€. This is not efficient.
    Is this possible to choose how we want to display the rate, in fact we would like to use round figures on the website, the idea is the round it.

  4. Frequently a guest may be searching for a one night stay and if no one night stay options are available for room the default response in Mews is "the room is not available". It would be more accurate to respond that "the room is only available for 2-nights, 3-nights, etc" The guest would at least know there is option to stay if they opt for more nights but the current default response implies that there is no availability and if they had known there was option for multiple nights it is possible they would book the room.

  5. It is a real shame, that in your support email replies you cannot include at the bottom the initial requests which shows a detailed explanation of the issue submitted.
    So one has to always dig back to find out what one originally said in a previous email. With several tickets open this can get really confusing.
    I would highly recommend you change your system, so the full history of conversations is always on ONE ticket, including the original request.

  7. Problem: booker doesn't receive confirmation/option with guest names

    solution:
    -add guest names to the reservation confirmation/option email.
    -create more specific summary export including rooms, names, reservation ID, arrival, departure

  11. Have a commission module to have the ability to track third party bookings commission (and very handy when it comes to verify accuracy of third party invoice and/or make amend where required)

  12. While going through the MEWS University it would be EXTREMELY beneficial to allow us to get involved and interact by moving our mouse pad etc.. rather than just watching and listening. Maybe a more personal training experience where the persons voice asks us to move our mouse pads over a certain area and select options etc..

  13. Anyone who has the privilege to "create reservation" automatically has the privilege to use the House Use functionality. This should not be the case as only managers should have the right to take rooms out of inventory and stop-sell. (Same principle than for OOO, which is an entirely separate privilege)

  17. the update overview on Mews is great, but could it please be possible to add a delete button once you have read the update. that way you know exactly which ones you still need to familiarise yourself with and don't end up with a list 500km long!

  20. As most European Drivers Licencies are valid Identify documents, it would be helpful to first of all be able to scan them directly to MEWS and secondly that they count similarly to the Customer Profile statistics as a passport.

    Second, the scanner does not recognise an expiry date in 2030 (and later) for Swiss ID cards, but always saves 1930 as expiry date.

    Third, how come the passport scanner does not save the issue date?
