Option to add produt rules on travel agency
Give also an option to add product rules on Travel Agency level. Due contract or other reasons we need to apply some rules to specific Travel Agency which could not be distinguished by creating a separate rate plan. With this option even a rate plan is shared or booked by multiple Travel Agencies but a product will only be added to that specific Travel Agency.

Payment method on confirmation and visible on reservation screen.
We are missing the feature in reservations to quickly see payment method.
We would like to request an option or tick-box with:Payment type:
1. Upon arrival by cash or card.
2. Roomnight, breakfast and citytax on account.
3. All costs on account.
4. Package via voucher, citytax and extra’s upon departure by cash or card.It is intended for check-in and for on the confirmation to the guest.
We have a lot of business guests during the week, some need to pay themselves and some go on account to the company.With check-in the receptionist should with a glance…

Extra Origin Option : Walk-In
When creating a reservation the option "In Person" is too limited for us. We have quite a high number of reservations that are made at the desk for a future stay. Therefore we cannot see the difference between reservations made in advance and "Walk-Ins".
Here an extra option: Walk-In would provide extra reporting and analysis opportunities.

Ready colours for check-in highlight the entire box of the booking so there is confidence from the team that the room is ready.

2FA authentication on the device rather the sign on
2FA does not authenticate the device rather the sign on, can this be applied as a device authentication rather than sign on as it impedes operations. Feature request to have more flexible ways around using the 2FA a fob to login at the desk for example?

The dashboard on the home page should be expanded to select a date. Or expand the function so that you have a monthly overview. Working with the availability report is not sufficient here.

Notifications
If we make an optional reservation for our guests and send them our offer. The guests confirm the reservations through the link but the responsible employee/department do not get any information or notification, so it is problematic to keep track of these bookings. It would be great to get atleast a pop up notification if the guests confirm there reservations. This information is essential for internal planning for almost every property.

Emergency inhouse guest list (Customer profiles report)
it would be good if we could print an in-house guest list including mobile numbers. we use this for emergencies (i.e. fire roll call) and currently we are only able to print guest name, room number, number of occupants.
for that same reason it would be good if we had the option to mark a guest as "requirying assistance" which would print on this report. that doesn't have to be a "disabled" person, but could be somebody with young children or difficulty walking

Make the reservation purpose customisable
It would be really helpful if we could customise the reservation purpose drop down to add our own purposes and to then be able to report of those for example we have emergency stays and end of life etc and to be able to record this as the reservation purpose would be a huge help.

Create task for item added by customer during booking process
Currently the option "create task when added by customer" for stay items is only triggered when the guest adds this after they have completed the booking process. However, a task should be created each time a guest adds this item. Even during the booking process as certain orders or actions need to be taken so we can ensure that the item added can be guaranteed to the guest upon check-in.

Show Products in Mails that are priced as a packaged
Show Products that are priced as a package in the confitmation mails or give the option to choose in the product setting wether a product should be displayed in the mails and shown to the customer or not.

Consume item on check in
Under the Items tab in a reservation where products can be added, such as Pet-friendly room, extra bed etc. ( Products of course depends on your local set-up of products), certain products require a date of consumption. A button or checkbox for such one time items/products that links date of consumption to check in time would be really handy!

Create easily new users
When using + sign copy over rights of the users to the new user so you dont need to review every box. This will save a lot of time having to manage a chain.

Recurring Calendar events
I am very good at filling in the calendar with event occurring in Karlstad BUT
Is there something I can do so that old events disappear after they have passed the date.
As it is now I have events from 11th of June 2021 and all the time when I fill in a new event it starts from the beginning. Very annoying!
