  2. When we want to delete a rate, it is not possible if there are restrictions affecting to "All rates". It is not operational to delete all restrictions affecting to "All rates" in order to eliminate an specific rate. Instead of not letting you delete that rate, it should be asked with a "warning" something like "would you like to delete this rate eventhough there is a restriction on it?

  3. It would be really great if we could quickly add notes to a booking from the timeline, in the side panel that opens when you click on a reservation.

    Now, to add a note you have to click once to view the details, once on Manage, then in Properties and scroll down to add notes.

  4. When opening the new product report, and then selecting the service type, the report SHOULD automatically provide only the product categories attached to this service type.

    Then, upon selecting or deselecting the category, the products listed should be ALL ACTIVE products, and not 'some' deleted products and some active products, and it definately should not an INCOMPLETE list of products.

    Alternatively, in the product details, one should be able to designate the product to be 'listed' or 'unlisted' in the product reports default setting.

    Speed in combination with paperless is of essence; and when "all products" is selected, it occurs…

  5. Dear Mews Team,

    Could you create a new Mobile Application where it will be possible to directly use Mews website instead of using an internet browser (like Google Chrome, Safari,...) on iPhone / iPad ?

    At the moment the interface is not so user friendly and it could really save us time by creating a dedicated application like the MewsCommander app.

  7. After the last upgrade of mews. It is not possible to extend an upgraded person in the upgraded category as Mews moves the booking to the originally booked room (regardless if blocked or not )

  9. If you want to know, what or how many reservation were coming in today, you have to go through reports and filter by creation date etc., which is very complicated for just having a live update, especially in high demand days like fairs.
    It would be more convenient if you could put an extra button on the dashboard under reservations like "update reservation". So that it is also possible to check this from outside or if you just want to have a quick check for the day.

  18. Guests have the opportunity to change the reservation status from optional to confirmed in Mews guest services portal (former Navigator). It would be great if a task could be triggered to notify staff in the hotel that a reservation status change has occured.

  19. We have groups that come through our property often and know their days well in advance, however there is a contract in place and they must let us know x amount of days in advance if they want to keep that reservation.

    I'd like Mews to develop a way to bulk input multiple "optional" reservations at the same time rather then entering each resv one by one

  20. We should be able in Commander to filter room search upon making a new booking or re-assignment based on requested/needed attributes. Also we should offer to guests on Distributor to pick the attributes of their choice and inventory should be shown accordingly.
