This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. Good News! It is my pleasure to announce we have started a Beta of an improvement to our search bar that will allow users, among many things, to easily find the unassigned reservations that are causing the infamous red line on the timeline!
If this is a common need, you can even save this search as a favorite (with the star icon on the search bar) and avoid having to type it!

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Smit commentedIt would be ideal to be able to run a historical report to see which guests used online check-in and online check-out. Currently, we can only see this the day of arrival or departure. Possibly add an additional filter in the Reservation Report to be able to separate Online Check-in from Check-in and Online Check-out from Check-out. Additionally, it would be good to be able to also filter by Channel Manager and Segment to give us clarity who is actually using this feature.

An error occurred while saving the comment Robert Smit commentedIt would be great to see this on the Timeline, Space Status Report or Space Status Dashboard without having to Export the Report. To see the status you actually have to go into the specific room action log. However, you may have one or many and accidently assign these rooms to room attendant without knowing they are not a full clean but rather a Legionella protocol room. We need to see this more easily since some properties are not using the App or have access to Mews. Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors need to be able to see this when assigning rooms.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us regarding the new availability and occupancy report.
We currently provide the option to swap back to the old Availability and Occupancy report, by selecting the button on the top right hand side of the new report labelled "Old Occupancy report. Selecting this button will switch you back to the old Occupancy report as requested. Once you are able to view the old Occupancy report, select the Availability under “Mode” filter.
We have updated your request title to solve for comparing availability by room type over a long period. This request has been updated as one to be upvoted by the Mews Community.

It would be great to have a standard Trial Balance Report that has a Beginning Forward Balance and Ending Balance for accounting purposes. Guest Ledger, City Ledger (Accounts Receivable) Deposit Ledger and Total Ledgers. This would help us find discrepancies. We can use an accounting integration that would pull the correct data into the system, but some users still find it necessary to balance the ledgers manually before entering or allowing the integration into the back office system.
