  2. It would be great if we could get the Confirmed Date from a Reservation out of the API. Mews shows this in their own report(s), but it's not available in the Connector API.

When adding and fetching availability blocks data from Mews via the Connector API, it seems that the CompanyId parameter is missing from the Availability Blocks object, which can be a problem when trying to sync all data and/or when trying to filter or sort availability blocks by Company. Often times, the availability blocks are related to corporate contracts and therefore it is important that a third party system is able to link availability blocks in Mews to a company.   8. Zapier; allow for a zap to send the invoice upon closing to a specified e-mail address for checking and sending options. No need for the administration to manually go through all properties, but instantly receive closed invoice to their email and send these out to companies after verification.

  11. Apple is allowing guest room keys to be stored within the Apple Wallet app as soon as next month. Additionally, data shows that consumers are growing weary of downloading apps such as a hotel app to get a key. The direction the consumer wishes to go is where they can receive a hotel room key via SMS, WhatsApp or Messenger and then store in their chosen wallet provider. What's Mews plan?

  12. Hi Mews Team,

    We're from Sojern and in order to enhance our partnership and facilitate our mutual clients synergies, we are looking to extend our pixel integration into a single button that the client needs to click inside your UI for our pixels to start firing.

    At the moment, the client is required to add a GTM to their mews and then import a pre-made Sojern pixel container to implement the pixels. While is working well, it is a lengthy process that we want to make it as seamless as possible.

  13. All reservations are coming through as Channel Manager and does not break out CHM Booking Engine (Website). The filter by Reservation Source is also not granular enough. Normally a Reservation Source Report would break out GDS by Channel, Booking Engine (non-Mews) and OTA's by Channel. Also not reflecting in Mews Analytics. We need better more granular data from our Channel Manager for proper internal reporting.

    Are we not receiving this data from Channel Managers as the original origin of the bookings and passing it on to Mews?

  14. Currently unable to attach the company to a bill via Connector API. Having this enables possibility to fully automate bill management for corporate/event bookings.

    One way could be to allow integration partners to specify CompanyId in the bills/add endpoint.

  18. Right now, one can fetch all products that have been created/set up under a Bookable or an Additional Service in Mews.

    All information are returned, except for the Accounting Category that has been assigned to the product.

    This creates additional manual work where the property will have to set up the accounting category mapping twice (once in Mews and again in the 3rd party platform - e.g. an Upselling solution), and keep that manually updated in both, or the user has to omit the accounting category setting in the Product in Mews and use the 3rd party platform as the…

  20. Add adult and child number parameters to deeplink supported parameters. It will be convinient to room booking chatbot. Client enter number of adults and children for search in chatbot and then receive results with booking engine link to continue booking process. For client will not be necessary enter person number twice (on chatbot and on MEWS sbooking engine site).
