enable additional hourly bookings and bookings by minutes
Create new possibilities for properties to rent their spaces for additional bookable times. Bookings by minute and hourly bookings.
This will give properties more opportunities to increase their revenue.

Not changing all browser tabs when changing property.
We have multiple properties. When we want to manage the multiple properties at the same time we have to set up multiple browsers because when we change the property in one browser, all the other tabs change as well in the same browser. We would like to manage our properties without changing the other tabs when you change one tab from property.

ISTAT - Umbria
Properties in Italy need an ISTAT report. This process can be automated and already is automated in certain regions of Italy. It would make things easier for properties in Umbria if they could also automate this report.

enable new properties to transfer reservation data from old pms to Mews
Properties that are looking for a PMS switch want to keep the historical reservation and move them to Mews. Currently this isn't possible.

verify guests before they check in
Properties in the US and Canada verify identification of each guest who have made a reservation. Mews doesn't support automatic verification of guests making contacless check-in natively in Mews not sufficient.
There is no possibility of any information from ID to be scanned; or the identity of a guest verified upon arrival.

Split Commissions
As a property manager I would like to have the ability to associate multiple travel agents and their varying commissions with one reservation.

Spanish ID on Identity scanner
To include an option (at Property setup configuration) to enable/disable automatic filling of guest NIF with its ID when scanning a guest ID document.

able to see guest side of communications
either in the demo or real version, it is very difficult to gain insight on the guest experience of the communications. for example:
* where do guest click to add their credit card details or how to disable the cc details.
* what does the confirmation look like or get a sample of the pre-arrival communication.
* what does it look like when you email the guest a copy of their bill.
* what does a guest profile look like and is the guest able to see just the bookings at your property or all the mews connected properties

multi item posting
Create multi-item postings to make upselling easier. Think of Valentine package with chocolates and a bottle of wine.
Currently we need to create 2 items for different VAT calculations. It would make life a lot easier if we could make 1 item Valentine Package with an automated split per bucket.

Mark the room housekeeping is currently in
Option to mark the room, where HSK is currently in. So Front office can see where HSK is currently in and the Manager knows wehere they are (especially if they have more houses / villas or so on one property)

Relocation functionality
Add A feature to relocate guests when overbooked.
When pressing the button a pop up box appears where relocated hotel and rate at the other property needs to be filled.
In case of multiple nights a box to select if the guest will return to the property. If selected yes move the reservation to tomorrows date with a classification in the profile.
If no cancel the reservation after the action.

Multi select filters in space status report
Be available to remove from THE SPACES the rooms that are out of order and service, to concentrate more in the DIRTY, CLEAN AND INSPECTED.
I don't want to know in the front page the OUT OF ORDER AND OUT OF SERVICE. I only want to see them when I go inside the Space Status.

Ability to reconcile Mews monthly Platform space invoice

Unified Inbox
Having an inbox in Mews where all messages from different OTAs come would be absolutely fantastic.
All messages would come directly to the PMS and properties wouldn't have to go to all OTAs separately.

display of reservation empty
sometimes when you open a reservation there is no information displayed (at all). you need to click on another tab to go back to your "properties" tab to view.
