Move posted Services to other properties
As we are a couple properties using MEWS, it would be amazing to move postings from one to the other property in the same hotel-chain.
So if a guest has consumed lunch in partner property, it would be amazing to post it on the room in our hotel.

optional confirmation
When a potential guest is calling a property for a proposal and the property is offering different options (per categories, per rates, per date etc), in the proposal that the guest will receive, there is only ONE button that will confirm ALL the options listed instead of one per option. Is it possible to have those several buttons (one per option) in order to allow the guest to choose one specific favourite solution?"

Automatic preauthorizations based on Property type/space
It is today possible to automatize preauthorizations but we can't decide the amount that need to be charged. For example an automatic preauthorizations of 500€ would be charged on check in time less 4 hours for a specific type of property (if failed, check in would then be restricted->an email is automatically sent). On an other property type it would be 1500€. I think it could be done through the space type

Custom ARR Calculation
Many properties would prefer to see custom calculations of their revenue. While some properties use the Net value, others prefer to include service charges, late check out fees, etc. With a custom calculation tool in accounting configuration, properties could then easily calculate revenue in the way that is most valuable for them.

Compare multiple intervals in reports
As properties view and analyze their data in reports, it is often helpful to compare figures with other intervals to gain even more insight. With the addition of a date comparison field in Mews reports, properties could then analyze data alongside other data sets, allowing them to maximize their evaluations and strategize even more effectively using the same improved reporting tools.

Reservations report by user or group of users
To create a new filter ' by user' or 'group of users', to be able to schedule a report of reservations made the day before by specific users, e.g. reservations office users, not to have to pull the report and then filter by creator manually.

Display breakdown of the payment card used at the property.

Multi property reports
Having the function to run reports to be able to compare all the properties without having to export indivdually would be a great feature for operations and having an overriding dashboard function for these also so you are able to see your entire portfolio

Generate more complex guest UIDs to decrease the amount of duplicate profiles created in MEWS.
Currently we create guests' Unique IDentifiers' (UIDs) from email addresses and it works great in most cases, however this is a flawed approach as email is not a required data point, and if a guest does not use one this effects duplicate guest profiles in MEWS (once the guest returns to the property for another stay). Properties then have to merge these profiles, losing time, and reporting accuracy.
In my opinion this is not good user experience, is inefficient and requires a more elegant solution.
We could for instance generate them from: Name + Surname + Street name instead.

Filter by cancellation reason in Reservation Report
To properly analyze all data coming in through Commander, properties may want to look specifically at canceled reservations. Within our reservation report, an additional filter for cancellation reason could provide some important insight into that information so that properties can easily view and analyze those details.

How does it work?
Simply head over to your reservations report, select the filter “Canceled” > Under Status select “canceled” > Group by “Cancellation reason”.
You will now be able to see the reason reservations have been cancelled!

Transfer reservations & profiles between properties
To be able to easily copy and transfer 1 reservation between 2 properties in the same chain. for example when making farmouts from one property to another.

Separate room type overbooking from overall property overbooking
We would like to set a diffusive overbooking strategy without influencing the overall property occupancy, meaning that the guest will be able to always book the lowest category even though it is not available, untill all the highest categories are fully booked, without creating a total property overbooking. Summing up, we would like to separate the room type overbook (for example economy + 5) from the overall propoerty overbook (no overbook allowed at property level)

Apply multiple exchange integrations to different actions
All properties to use Currency Exchange Integration for the sale of their rooms and products, while at the same time having a flat exchange rate for currency exchange services at front desk.

Admins (Product Champions) should be able to track open cases for their Portfolio
For bigger properties (chains) there should be a way for Admins or Product Champions to be able to keep track of their open Support Cases. This will be useful for admins who are managing large portfolios and need to have visibility over open Support Cases.

settings
Because we have several properties it would be great to have the option to export the settings in mews. this because there are so many options 1 different setting can make a huge difference how the system works. Now we have no quick way to check the settings in mews.

Supporting a bar code reader integration. The property wishes to scan products with bar codes.

Store all Mews data in individually accessible backup for 10+ years
Mews holds a lot of very important operational data for each property, which is very important to keep record of. Properties often rely on this information to determine future data as well, so with individually accessible and complete storage of each property's historical data, users will always be able to access this data for future reference.
