regrouper les produits sur la réservation (group the products on the reservation)
Dans la partie de droite de la réservation, il sera plus facile de lire les produits s'ils étaient regroupés en une ligne. Pour des longs séjours la liste des produits est vite beaucoup trop longue.

Make the line between roomtypes ticker
It would be great if the line between 2 room types could be made ticker.

Report showing Bookable services lenght time
Be Mate part of the big brand ROOM MATE, would like to have a report showing the bookable resvices lenght time of their reservation recived.

Multiple different exceptions for 1 restriction, AND/OR exceptions?
Currently having a MLOS exception and maximum advance exception for close to stay restriction does not work.
An example would be having a close to stay restriction for the Saturdays, except if they book 2 nights, OR if they book within 7 days before arrival (maximum advance).
So what I want is a MLOS2 restriction for the Saturdays, but when it is 7 days before arrival, no restriction at all.
It is probably a setup with an AND/OR rule.

Restrict the status of rooms that are checked in to maximum cleaned status
If rooms are checked in, the status of the room can still be set to inspected.
We think it would be useful that the room status in that case can only be set to clean and not inspected.
Otherwise, the room will be available for self-check-in at the Mews Kiosk.
Only in the last step - the key encoding - the guest is informed that Self-CI cannot be completed successfully.

Late check outs possibility when using a space in space set up
While using a space in space set up, but NOT using different reservations in that space, it is now not possible to process a late check out for only one space. This is inconvenient, since in practice it happens that only one space needs a late check out and not the whole room/all spaces.
Our example: We have 2-room apartments that are a combination of 2 separate rooms, combined with a connecting door. The 2-room apartments can be booked separately, or as a 2-room apartment by for example a family. In the case of the family, the 2-room apartment is…

reservation report including internal use
When creating the reservation report each day, there are always the "internal use" rooms to be put on by hand - and therefore, of course could be forgotten....
It would be helpful, if these rooms also would be on this report automatically - like they also show up on the list "guests in house" by downloading to excel.
...and why they are not shown on the dashboard as arrivals or departures?

import calender events
We are looking to IMPORT new calender events, as we have a chain of 15 hotels and need to add these events seperately for each event, each hotel...

Availability report at a glance
Dear Mews,
Would it be possible creating an availability report, similar that you can download in excel on the dashboard, where we can see a room type with remaining number of rooms in a row under each other, top row the dates and button row the overall number of availability and occupancy? Like below example?

Comment section for confirmation letter
It would be nice when we send out the confirmation letters to our guests that there is a seperate section for special/important information to share with the guest. For example the exact room number or floor level for returing guests or critical information such as discount VIP status info.

Invoice Cancellation
An option to cancel the invoice which would then post all the charges on that invoice back onto the billing tab with the original consumption date. From there we can then negative out what needs to be cancel and then settle the charges as required. This would be a great option for accounts that are settled via EFT.

space status
Add a filter for a date range in the report, currently only 1 day can be selected, I want to be able to see all Out of Order rooms for the week/month/year

Making it easier to delete rates
When you try to delete a rate, it can be very frustrating to have to find out it is linked to your channel manager / has restrictions / linked to another rate / has a voucher....
why not allow you tick boxes to do this whilst you are in the rate you want to delete?
it took me about 5 minutes for something that should be able to be done in 30 seconds!1 vote -

Cap number of Inventory per booking.
Hi,
I have set a service for guests to book Day by the Pool .
I want a cap of 6 to book sunbeds, but this is not possible.At the moment the functionality to cap the maximum number is capping the number of adults but you cannot cap the number of bed (sunbeds).
So far it not possible to have a way to cap inventory per booking.

Out of Order rooms not deducted from room inventory when calculating the Occupancy rate
It would be nice to have the option in the set up to choose to deduct or not the rooms Out of Order from the inventory when calculating the Occupancy rate

Action Log Invoices
It would be more efficient to be able to see if an invoice is sent, through the action log of the invoice itself, rather than going to ''mail'' and setting all the filters. Sometimes debtors claim that they did not receive their invoice, this would be an easy way to check this.
