  1. As group reservations often appear together on the Timeline, there is not currently an efficient solution to relocate all of them once. An additional Timeline feature could enable moving all group reservations to another block simultaneously.

  2. Since Mews is a cloud solution and therefore accessible from anywhere, it is important that users are careful to log out once they are no longer using the platform. To help increase security measures, a feature could be implemented to automatically log out Mewsers who have been inactive for a certain period of time. After this predetermined interval, users would then have to reenter their user details to access Mews again.

  4. Occupancy overview in dashboard only 7 days ahead, while need is there to have similar overview for 14 days, this makes planning staff for Restaurants, Housekeeping much easier. If you click on Occupancy then the data comes out, completely different. The overview for 14 days, would be a great asset and make life easier.

  5. It would be nice when we send out the confirmation letters to our guests that there is a seperate section for special/important information to share with the guest. For example the exact room number or floor level for returing guests or critical information such as discount VIP status info.

  6. With the Preferred Space Assignment Strategy, properties should be able to customize their own Preferred Space Features linked to the guest's profile rather than the hardcoded ones

  7. Hello. When we have a late check out booking could the color of the reservation change? so whoever is using the system can see that there are people checing out later.
    it would helps out organizing the housekeeping and front desk tasks.

  8. A push alert is provided on any room that are due, ‘To be Cleaned’ when the guest has checked out of that room so that housekeeping can take action right away.

  10. Some hostels often have rooms that do not have bathrooms connected and therefore do not have water pipes. In this a few other cases, turning those rooms to "dirty" with reason "legionella" after 7 days unoccupied does not apply.

    Can we add a setting that will allow us to turn off "legionella"?

  11. Add Filter to the Manager Report that would enable us to sort the revenue as per Travel Agency.
    For Example, if selecting Monthly Revenue there would be a drop box that shows all individual OTAs total revenue (for the selected month).

  13. We need a group overview where we can see upcoming groups (groups in our case means minimum 10 rooms or more per booking).
    Just an easy overview of all the group (not individual booking) maybe a month ahead. It could be in a report or by similar to timeline.
    The headline per group should be the travel agency name or company name.

Could we have the possibility of coloring certain dates of the Mews calendar / planning of the establishment in order to reference the important dates of the year (events, holidays, vacations...). With, if possible, the possibility of adding a text when you pass the cursor over the date in question.

    For example :
    - Put the date of July 14 in green with the text "Holiday: French National Day"
    - Put in red January 10 with the text "congress".

  17. Can we please have an option to split a payment ?
    Like you can partially refund a payment. IE guest pays by card 110€ but wants 2 invoices. first invoice room only 100€ and second invoice extras 10€ . guest doesnt want 2 payments on his card. How can you split the payment amount of 110€ into 100€ and 10€ on 2 invoices ?

  20. There is no space to register the date of an card payment by terminal or an external payment, like a wire transfer. This is needed to keep the accounting reports correct, when a wire transfer is registed not on the same day.
