  1. On the Books Report Summary by Market Segment

    Confirmed, Consumed and Forecasted Revenue, Room Nights and ADR on the books by Market Segment for a specific date span. Example, if I wanted to see on Total On the Books for June and today is June 10, I would select June 1 to June 30 date span. This would show me consumed revenue for the first 9 days and confirmed revenue from June 10 to June 30. Summary Report only. No details other than options to show all Segments or just Transient, Group, House Use, Comp, Out of Order. Total at the Bottom of the report, Days of the…

    Pouvoir attribuer 2 chambres différentes pour un même séjour lorsque le client doit déloger et donc ne pas faire 2 réservations avec un Check out et un Check in!

  4. aperçu des réservations

    L'écran "aperçu des réservations" montre les arrivées en commençant par les prénoms et non les noms. Ceci serait plus simple d'avoir les noms des clients EN ENTIER, même sans le prénom!

  5. Améliorer les devis pour les groupes

    Les propositions que nous envoyons à nos clients pour les demandes de groupes manquent cruellement de clairté et de précisions.
    Il faudrait travailler sur le sujet.
    Que le client ait un récapitulatif par exemple :
    Par date de séjour du nombre de logements proposé, à quel prix par nuit x le nb de nuits le total TTC et HT
    idem pour les produits annexes.
    date d'option, montant de l'acompte demandé, ou détail des conditions de réservation.

  6. Kalender toevoegen bij "receptierekening" (= "losse gast" zonder kamer)

    Wij hebben een "receptierekening" aangemaakt waarop wij lopende dingen boeken zoals fietsverhuur, cadeaubonnen verkoop, receptie shop artikelen. Er staan inmiddels heel veel regels op deze rekening. Wij scrollen ons rot. :-) Is het mogelijk om er een kalender aan te hangen. De lopende dingen van die dag zie je in beeld en mocht je iets van een andere dag willen zien dan klik je op het kalendertje om die dag in te kunnen zien.
    Ik hoop dat dit duidelijk genoeg is. Ik heb met Stepan gesproken, hij weet volgens mij wat ik bedoel.

  7. Automatic linking of meals

    Automatic linking of meals based on full board:
    first meal is breakfast on the 2nd day of the stay, last meal is dinner on the day of departure. This doesn't make sense.
    option 1: we choose a standard of first / last meals (for full board stays)
    option 2: set by default by Mews that the first meal is dinner on the first day, and the last meal is lunch on the day of departure (for full board stays).

    For a stay based on half board:
    first meal dinner on the day of arrival, last meal is breakfast on the…

  8. Set a default time per product. (Products report trough Guests in House)

    It would be interesting to add the possibility of defining a default time for products. Currently when a product is added, the time is 00:00. A breakfast is taken by default at 7am for example.

  9. Export or backup Mews configuration settings

    Possibility to export or backup Mews configurations.
    We need a way to get mews configurations saved externally, so we can have a way to verify what was the config in case a user change something and we need to revert (or know how it was before). Thanks

  10. Multiple UserType and UserGroup in the Json data of key cutter integration

    Being able to have multiple UserTypes and UserGroups would allow us to add common doors on rooms that require it. Right now only one of each is allowed per key cutter resulting in guests needing assistance to check in vs kiosk

  11. add possibility to set up self configured criteria in rate groups and rates

    This would be nice, to keep the rate(group) structure simpeler, when working with rate rules and restrictions.

  12. create new ordering in report

    Every day we have to sort all cars in our garage by numbers, to check if all is booked.
    With the guest report we can sort them but only ordering by room or guest. It would be very helpful to sort them by car registration number.
    By exporting in Excel it is possible, but then you have to look for every room-number in MEWS.

    At the moment, when you look at the reservations on the Dashboard, the oldest bookings is displays in the top.

    It would be nice, if the newest bookings was showing at the top instead

  15. closed out dates remain open for existing booking to amend to those closed dates

    I ve closed out say 1st January 2021. FO team still have amended a few existing bookings from 1st Feb to 1st January which is closed.
    Mews team said, restriction is only valid for new bookings...

  18. Localisation of cashier functionality to allow periods as decimals

    when you close the till you have to enter a comma, I would like to see that you can also enter a period, for example 423.50

  19. Be able to assign a room on a timeline even if the other room didnt checkout
