    We’d love to see the option to create a separate email template for a 1st reminder (Mahnung) — different from the regular invoice reminder.

    This would allow us to send a more formal follow-up after a certain time, with different wording and ideally with the invoice attached automatically.

    Right now, this step has to be done manually outside the system, which takes extra time and increases the chance of errors.

    It would be great to handle this process fully within Mews.
