    I would like to add the possibility for recuring tasks to this Idea. If a task needs to be added every day, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (for longterm reservations) it would be great if it would be possible to add a task accordingly without the need to do task by task.

    Yes!
    Having the guest as the centerpiece is a nice idea - however, it is not always what guests or their companies have in mind or what they expect. Often a company wants to take care of bookings what leaves us with the need to improvise regarding confirmations or payments.
